The whole hoax!

Seriously! Ffs, you can see the line of horizon, they look green screened on that shit... like when you went to the museum in the 90s and pretended to be superman!

bellinisurge · 18/07/2019 10:57

Ffs

Readytogogogo · 18/07/2019 11:01

Since you can see the truth that the rest of us are too brainwashed to realise, perhaps you could help solve some of the current crises? Maybe a new approach to the increase in antibacterial resistance, or climate change? Would be great to get your insight.

LadyRannaldini · 18/07/2019 11:03

Didn't they also leave a white Fiat 500 up there?

Mordred · 18/07/2019 11:05

@ whatthewhatthewhat

You said they used Kubrik footage filmed for 2001 - A Space Odyssey. They manifestly did not, as the lunar landscape he created for that film looks nothing like the actual lunar surface.

Getting to the moon requires more than just hi-tech electronics. The problem is that you need to get a massive amount of mass into low earth orbit and then boost it to intersect with the moon's orbit using a long translunar injection burn. Same basic problem now as in the 60s. Rockets that powerful do not exist at the moment. Propulsion technology has not kept pace with computer development.

Powerful computers are handy if the astronauts want to play Fortnite on the way there and back, but you don't need massive power to calculate trajectories. You DO however, need massive engineering.

LadyRannaldini · 18/07/2019 11:11

Love that the Russian firsts of putting Yuri Gagarin into space and the first woman, Valentina Tereshkova, into space are overlooked by the fans of the US.

They weren't even mentioned in the Smithsonian in 1989, the staff there got very sniffy when asked why not!
Conspiracy theorists look to downgrade everything, even the Holacaust by certain types of politicians.

Mordred · 18/07/2019 11:32

I know all about the Russian 'firsts' in the Space Race - they were way ahead until the Seppoes started putting a lot more money into it in the mid-60s.

Just addressing the 'Moon Hoax' bollocks here.

Mordred · 18/07/2019 11:41

@bellinisurge

"I loved the cards"

You collected them too? I almost completed it, but they stopped doing it when I had about 5 to go!

bellinisurge · 18/07/2019 11:47

Looking at that flikr link, I only had about 3 Sad. Cool, though.

VivienneHolt · 18/07/2019 11:51

OP, are you seriously so thick that you believe the moon is real? If you actually did your research you would know that it’s a laser projection, which explains why it sometimes appears transparent.

You’re here acting like you’ve discovered some big hoax when you’re falling for the most basic hoax of all! You need to read up on the transparent moon theory and stop being such a fucking lemming.

Theworldisfullofgs · 18/07/2019 14:16

No! Its made of cheese! Not a projection!

CollaterlyS1sters · 18/07/2019 16:17

@whatthewhatwhat
Why are you copying and pasting a Daily Telegraph article from 2018 without attribution or context?

www.telegraph.co.uk/connect/better-business/business-solutions/china-technology-innovation/

whatthewhatthewhat · 18/07/2019 16:28

@CollaterlyS1sters I'm a 'crazy' person from the internet, ranting about the moon landings being a hoax, and you're questioning why I didn't provide context to a random quote that supported my argument? 🤣🤣🤣🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤔😁

OP posts:
CollaterlyS1sters · 18/07/2019 16:38

Did you sit on your keyboard again?

Mordred · 18/07/2019 20:24

@whatthewhatthewhat

The article doesn't support your argument in the slightest.

Right, come on: what's the most convincing argument, for you, that the moon landings never happened?

Mordred · 19/07/2019 14:22

@whatthewhatthewhat

Nothing at all?

Not even basics like 'Why are there no stars in the photos? What about the radiation?

SOMETHING must've convinced you that the entire scientific community was wrong and lying through their teeth!

CollaterlyS1sters · 19/07/2019 14:25

Perhaps the OP has accidentally fallen off the edge of the earth.

whatthewhatthewhat · 19/07/2019 14:41

@Mordred I have provided enough!

OP posts:
whatthewhatthewhat · 19/07/2019 14:41

Anyway, when Elon Musk gets there in two years he can prove/debunk it all...

OP posts:
CollaterlyS1sters · 19/07/2019 14:49

@whatthewhatthewhat I have provided enough!

Well, you've convinced zero people, so well done.

whatthewhatthewhat · 19/07/2019 15:18

Not here to 'convince' anyone!

OP posts:
CollaterlyS1sters · 19/07/2019 15:23

In that case you're doing a great job.

00100001 · 19/07/2019 15:27

"Anyway, when Elon Musk gets there in two years he can prove/debunk it all..."

Then we'll have to prove that EM wasn't a hoax....

Torridon19 · 19/07/2019 15:31

they explained in the documentary why they looked ghostlike - they didn't have the bandwidth at the time for full transmission live from moon to earth..later, they did ie moon buggy missions etc...

00100001 · 19/07/2019 15:32

OP - you know.... 13 people have been on the moon right...?

Ohrats · 19/07/2019 15:46

Speaking of China's current plans for lunar travel, just last year they managed to bounce a laser off the reflectors left on the moon's surface by the crew of Apollo 15.

gbtimes.com/china-just-bounced-a-laser-off-reflectors-on-the-moon-placed-by-nasas-apollo-15-mission

Isn't it amazing to see that, for all our differences and despite current political tensions, countries all around the world are willing to pull together to help support a hoax to make the US government of 50 years ago look good. Brings a year to your eye.
