To be curious as to what Kate Cambridge eats and how she exercises?

Totally superficial I know but I think she looks absolutely fantastic.

Realistically she's probably having filler/botox done on a regular basis, as she seems to look exactly the same now as in her uni days. So a "gaunt face" wouldn't show.

She looks too thin to me now (she used to be just right). Her legs are like sticks, she's lost her boobs. I suspect her hip bones jut out when she's not dressed too & that's not a nice look.

There's another thread running about how she looks 8 weeks pregnant. The poor woman.

If someone said of a heavier person that she had "legs like tree trunks" everyone would be up in arms about fat shaming. But it's okay to say "legs are like sticks"?

FWIW there are two women on my family who have a very similar shape. They both eat really well, and are healthy. We've lost all sense of what constitutes a healthy body in the UK.

Sorry zonkin. I agree with you wholeheartedly, posters are routinely allowed to denigrate, scoff and insult slim women but say anything not 100% positive about being overweight or obese and the screams of fat shaming are deafening.

Well it's pretty obvious isn't it. Being thin is seen as desirable in our society... whereas being fat is not, hence why people don't really think they're being insulting if they say someone is too thin.

If someone telling you you're too thin is your biggest problem in life, then count yourself lucky.

For fucks sake! Leave the woman alone! She is beautiful, healthy and by all accounts a lovely person.

Bollocks! People are deliberately setting out to insult slim or thin women with their comments on their appearance, the descriptions of Kate on this thread are more than enough evidence of that

Personally, I prefer - if you have to denigrate and sling insults at slim women to make yourself feel better then you are the one who has a problem which is neither the fault nor responsibility of slim or even thin women.

Being told your too thin is really horrible, I know I've had it all my life. Being likened to a 'bag of bones' (recently) hurt me to my core. I feel so self conscious as it is, someone laughing at you and saying those things just wrecks your self confidence. As others have said, turn that around to a fat insult and you'd be torn down. I'm sick to death of my weight being open for discussion in RL and comments on here reflect RL sadly.

we get it, you used to eat salad and exercise 3 hours every day for a year and didn't get as slim as KM, so it means no one in the whole wide word can possibly be skinny.

I'd love to know what you'd think of the 2 women I saw this morning who were actually slimmer than Kate! They were wearing sports leggings, and their legs were very obviously slimmer.

So if you are on the receiving end of the first insult count yourself lucky? Why would the recipient of the first insult feel any better than the recipient of the second insult?

She is slim. She does not look unwell or anorexic. She is a perfectly normal size 6-8. Probably 6 due to narrow hips. I really do not see what people’s problem is or why they are making her out to be so abnormal!
