Following on from a thread where OP doesn't like wind turbines.

For me I can't stand walking past high buildings. I get so dizzy and frightened!

Almost passed out once as a child walking past Blackpool Tower..

Topiary, makes the hair on the back of my neck stand on end I shudder just saying the word

kiki22 · 19/07/2019 20:09

Sheep I hate them could never go near one touch or eat one. Absolutely disgusting creatures. Even the baby lambs.

ForalltheSaints · 19/07/2019 20:17

As a child, apple pips. Would not eat an apple unless cut up and the pips removed.

FortheloveofJames · 19/07/2019 20:57

@TappyTin

I also have a phobia of milk! Even the thought of a drop of it touching my skin makes me shiver. Same with bananas. I will never understand how someone could swallow any banana.

Ventriloquist’s dummies. Used to give me nightmares that they came alive at night and smothered you in bed by sitting on your face.

Puzzledandpissedoff · 20/07/2019 14:53

Never watch Michael Douglas's "The Game", @chocolatemademefat

Please trust me on this … just never watch it Wink

I would also give toystory 4 a miss too Shock

ladyshapes82 · 20/07/2019 16:54

Some of these are weirder than others:

Dogs

Any large birds, especially when they do a specific mating ritual, like peacocks fanning out their tails or any bird that does a weird mating dance

Balloons

Fireworks

Mouldy food (not just disgusted, properly terrified)

Thunderstorms

Vomit

ladyshapes82 · 20/07/2019 16:55

And slugs and snails!

Aquamarine1029 · 20/07/2019 16:58

Baboons.

I wouldn't really say I fear them or have a phobia, but they utterly repulse me.

HarryDaylight · 20/07/2019 16:59

People with short arms.

And people with fingers that splay upwards.

HuggedTheRedwoods · 20/07/2019 17:06

Submarines coming up to the surface. Absolutely horrifies me when they break up through the waves. Fortunately, although I live on the coast, it isn't a routine sight! But I close my eyes tightly if it happens in a film scene. No problems seeing whales coming up though - love whale watching. Its just those horrendous big metal monsters. Got the heebies just thinking about it!
