And that it makes a little squeak when you finally get it out?

Lucifer666 · 26/06/2019 02:46

Tell me about it OP they're absolute bastards to pluck out! And even worse my good tweezers have gone blunt so now gotta find a decent pair that can pluck those stubborn fuckers out! 😂

i know your pain, i have one i can feel but cant see!

CJsGoldfish · 26/06/2019 03:54

I hate them and I love them 🤣
I hate that I'm at 'that' age where I even have chin hairs.
I love the challenge of getting them out with my fingernails. No tweezers for me!

Tartyflette · 26/06/2019 05:04

The tweezers in a Swiss Army Knife do the job perfectly for me, they are fine-tipped but strong and flexible. I wouldn't be without mine.
And no, YANBU.

Tashtegotoo · 26/06/2019 05:10

You need one of these: Hair Remover

ChristineBaskets · 26/06/2019 05:23

I've got one of those springy hair removers after seeing them recommended here, they're shit.

Tashtegotoo · 26/06/2019 05:34

Fair enough @ChristineBaskets, I love mine, it often takes a few goes but it really works for me.

Zfactorstar · 26/06/2019 05:34

I kinda like the little squeak they make when you pluck 😐

Tartyflette · 26/06/2019 05:39

I had mine waxed and threaded for the first time the other day. But it didn't get them all.

Desmondo2016 · 26/06/2019 05:45

Those twizzlers are great but not the cheap ones. The branded epicare ones are excellent, but I bought one that was half the price once and it was crap.

Badabingbadabum · 26/06/2019 05:47

I want to know how can I go from having no chin hairs to a long, dark chin hair in the space of an hour?! And I'm blonde and really not very hairy, why are chin hairs black?

I only see them around the time my period is due. Stupid hormones.

StealthNinjaMum · 26/06/2019 05:58

Oh God, I had a date last week and overnight three of the fuckers appeared. The tweezers were nowhere to be seen so I spent bloody ages trying to cut them short with blunt scissors.

Op YADNBU

Oblomov19 · 26/06/2019 05:59

I hate them. With a passion.

KatherineJaneway · 26/06/2019 06:01

Thanks goodness for my Tweezermans.

GertrudeCB · 26/06/2019 06:16

And the stealthy little fuckers seem to appear with no warning. One day, nothing. Next 2 inches of long black hair the texture of wire wool Shock

pigglypug · 26/06/2019 06:24

Oh yes! This makes me feel better. I started with one and now I have a little cluster of five or six that keep coming back within a day of plucking. They just appeared overnight!

Japonicaflower2 · 26/06/2019 06:47

I totally empathise, I cannot for the life of me understand how they suddenly appear an inch long when I check every day 😳
And they're so tough to pull out, why?

Judashascomeintosomemoney · 26/06/2019 06:48

Yes!!! And I currently can’t find my tweezers!
Argh! What? You need to stash a pair in every room like meWink.
I heard Angela Barnes on R4 talking about her chin hair, she said it’s like having a daddy long legs trapped in your face that’s trying to make its way out one leg at a time Grin

Idontwanttotalk · 26/06/2019 06:56

Presuming you are all women, why is it that you have chin hair? Is it an hormonal thing like too much Testosterone or a medical thing (like a problem with thyroid gland)?

Or do we all get it at a certain age? Please don't say it comes to all of us in time.

userabcname · 26/06/2019 06:58

I started sprouting the little buggers after turning 30 last year! Joyful! YANBU OP.

Monty27 · 26/06/2019 06:59

They're wires! That's what I call them anyway. Confused

drspouse · 26/06/2019 07:02

@Idontwanttotalk it will come to you, like death and taxes.
