I love how we're all different and I'd love to see how different our body types are.

I had a nasty shock this morning as I stepped on the scales and found out I weigh 74kg - the heaviest I've ever been!

I'm petite at 5'2" and I'd say I'm a curvy size 10. I have a big bum/legs from training and I strangely have a small waist but big hips and excess fat on my tummy.

I suffer from endometriosis so I do struggle to lose weight but I wondered how we all compare and if you have any healthy lifestyle tips.

I workout roughly 3-5 times per week and this is a combination of jogging, dance, weight session and cardio machines.

I am hoping to TTC next year and I an anxious of how much weight I may put on.

6ft, 15st 7, size 16-18. I have a curvy figure with big (FF) boobs and bum but recently have been filling out more around the middle (am 41). I'm actually pretty comfortable with myself but I am trying to lose some weight to fit into some old clothes and just generally feel fitter and stronger.

quietcontentment · 24/06/2019 18:00

5ft 3, 7st 5lb. Straight up and down. No curves at all,top half completely flat. I am skinny to look at, if i do put weight on it all goes round my belly. Even going to 8 stone my waist looks disproportionately thick.
I would love a proportionate figure where if i put weigh on it would spread all over, my DSIS is like this, her weight can go up or down and she remains proportionate, quite envious:)

missmoz · 24/06/2019 18:01

5 foot 3, just under 9 stone , and a size 8ish. Small frame but with big boobs, small bum, no hips.

I buy a 10 for my top, and an 8 for my bottom but totally depends on the shop and what type of clothing item it is...have size 8 skirts falling down and size 12 tops clinging etc.

Ideally would like to get rid of a slightly round tummy but have absolutely no inclination to do so...

Poetryinaction · 24/06/2019 18:06

I'm about 53kilos. 5'3" and petite.
I used to be size 8 with 34D boobs.
After 3 kids I am size 10 with 34B boobs and a big tummy.

velocitygirl7 · 24/06/2019 18:08

5ft 4 about 8st 9. I wear a 10, could probably wear an 8 but don't like things too fitted as I do no exercise and I'm not exactly toned Blush
People always comment how tiny I am, presume I weigh 7st and wear a size 4 or 6.
I must just look smaller than I am!!

Kaisawheel · 24/06/2019 18:10

5”5, about 11st, biggish boobs, even bigger hips/thighs though. I looked my best weight at about 10st

Clownfish123 · 24/06/2019 18:14

I'm 5'4/5'5 (not sure which!), weigh 8st 5lb, size 8.
I'm small built (small shoulders, narrow knees and ankles) but do have small curves/boobs. I'm at my most comfortable weight. Any smaller I lose my curves, any bigger and it all goes to my face, upper arms and belly.

MeSoTooSo · 24/06/2019 18:28

5'2
8 stone 8lbs
Size 10-12
I am very fit and have more muscle than fat.

OP by just the look of your pics, you wouldn't fit in my size 10-12 clothes. That's so strange to think at the same height and me being 2 stone+ lighter we are the same size in clothes. How odd!

Missmonkeypenny · 24/06/2019 18:31

5ft 5, 8 stone 8 when not pregnant (54kg). Slim but I do have curves with it or at least I like to think that I do!

I’ve been smaller but tend to look a bit poorly under the 8st 4 mark and I don’t watch what I eat too much so I think 8st 8 is where I naturally sit. Currently about 12 weeks pregnant - with my last pregnancy, 5 years ago, I put on a whopping 3.5 stone Grin

Missmonkeypenny · 24/06/2019 18:32

Oh and I can be anything between a size 6 and a size 12 depending on the item of clothing and where it sits

Jinxed2 · 24/06/2019 18:39

5ft 6.5
18.5 stone
Size 16/18 tops, 18/20 trousers. I do think I am heavier than I look 🤔
Need to get my arse into gear, jogging has always been my go to exercise but have discovered I have a prolapse so not sure what I can do now 😓

Totopoly · 24/06/2019 18:40

5' 2", 7st 4lb, which I'm happy with. I put on over 3 stone with each pregnancy, which I hated (all water and baby, thankfully).

Now about a size 6-8 on top (no boobs at all), and anything between an 8 and a 12 on the bottom/hips (I don't like things that are tight around my middle - but it still always astonishes me when people who are my height and two or three stone heavier say they are a size 8-10 Confused). Short waisted, with relatively long legs - so have no real waistline to speak of. In fact, no real shape at all. Just longish limbs and a small body. Flat stomach, such as it is, because I walk/cycle for miles every day. Completely impossible to find a dress that fits.

iloveeverykindofcat1 · 24/06/2019 18:40

Siameasy I empathise. We really can't afford to carry weight with our body type. Aesthetics aside I've even had a doctor say that someone with my shape has a lot less leeway with regard to type 2 diabetes risks, and he'd advise me to stay in the lower end of the BMI range. I do agree that hips and boobs can look great when the waist is small but alas that is not our lot in life!

Jinxed2 · 24/06/2019 18:41

My lowest weight as an adult was 12 stone. I was size 8/10 tops, 14 trousers. I am a definite pear shape, small boobs, a waist, big bum and chunky legs

BlackDadnearly30 · 24/06/2019 18:41

210lbs, 6,3 but i guess this was aimed at womenSmile

QueenBlueberries · 24/06/2019 18:45

I'm 5'8, 11st 3 ish, small boobs (B cup), size 14, and I carry most of my extra weight around the middle. I am aware that it's not a healthy situation, and I pray every night that my extra pounds move to my pancake-flat bottom, but somehow the god of middle-aged women isn't listening to me. I'm 48 years old.

SaintEyning · 24/06/2019 18:45

5’7” and 60kg. Total apple. Big boobs (32G), no waist, skinny arms and legs, flat bum. All my fat is round my middle from boobs to tummy. I run when I can and never snack - but my meals are usually super carb heavy - never eat breakfast. Want to get back into weight training when I can afford it.

Corndog · 24/06/2019 18:46

5 ft 4. 9st 7 and a bit flabby

Slippershoes · 24/06/2019 18:46

I'm 5ft7, 11st5 and a size 12. I'm a rectangle shape so I do look a little overweight around the middle quite easily. If I go below 10st I look too thin as I'm quite broad.

whatsthecraic91 · 24/06/2019 18:54

5ft 3, 10st 5, size 10 on top, 12 on bottom. Big hips, bum and legs, I think I look a bit stumpy, I’m happier when I’m a stone lighter but finding it very hard to shift! Currently TTC so I’m scared what weight pregnancy will put me at Shock

SleepyTraveller · 24/06/2019 18:54

5'11" and 10st.1lb. I lost a bit of weight when I stopped training hard a couple of years ago, so feel a bit on the thin side now. Size 10, but finding clothes with the right proportions is a challenge.

Recently started doing a lot of exercise again, so may get some muscle back soon.

SheWoreRedVelvet · 24/06/2019 18:58

5' 6" and 12 stone. Can still wear a size 12 in M&S and Next. Carry all my weight on my boobs and tum.

Spatzenmesse · 24/06/2019 18:59

I’m 5 ft 3 and weigh about 7st 5. I have Ehlers Danilo’s Syndrome and don’t really gain weight no matter what I eat. I don’t really exercise (except Pilates) because of the EDS - i get too tired.

I lose weight when stressed and can end up 7st without realising. I also have very low muscle mass which I think is the main reason for the low weight - I have a reasonable covering of fat but probably look thin to most people.

LlamaShark · 24/06/2019 19:00

5ft4 8stone11 and size 8

1CarefulLadyOwner · 24/06/2019 19:01

165cm tall, 58kg weight, about right really. Huge 32G boobs, though :-(
