To be totally freaked out by what I just found on my towel?

My heart is pounding honestly. What is this insect? Do I need to boil all sheets and towels? Burn the house down?

It's the size of a large puy lentil. Perfectly round with legs. Filled with brown bits, kind of like a teabag.

It looks a bit like a bird mite???But maybe too big? They are like pin head size if that. Have you got starlings nesting in your roof at all??

@Littlefrog99..yes exactly! I didn't use to mind the little ones until i read about the false black widow! The one on my DS's coat was exactly one of these. Evil
