Aibu to break it into individual squares, nibble the chocolate off and eat the fondant centre last?

I’m not.

Do it!!!!
I've tried many times but it's difficult if it's the wrong temperatureGrin

LuxuryWoman2018 · 21/06/2019 13:52

That's the correct way in my opinion.

PuppyMonkey · 21/06/2019 13:52

Straight from the fridge, so ideal. This is what I do always.

I am still upset that they got rid of the five flavours bar. Sad

PineappleSeahorse · 21/06/2019 13:53

YABVU for putting chocolate in the fridge where it doesn't belong! It should be at room temperature.

Mrsjayy · 21/06/2019 13:55

It is the only way to eat it I got myself a 3 pack from the £shop today that will be nibbled over the weekend Grin I also miss 5 centres

PuppyMonkey · 21/06/2019 13:58

You have to have Fry’s straight from the fridge, otherwise too squidgy. It’s got to be crispy.

Noooo! Chocolate in the fridge is an abomination.

PuppyMonkey · 21/06/2019 14:00

Mrs J, it’s £1 for three from Morrison’s currently. I bought three packs of three packs.Blush

I'm reporting you to the Society for the Protection of Delicious Chocolate.

S1naidSucks · 21/06/2019 14:05

You’re ALL doing it wrong. You put it in the freezer and that way the chocolate is crunchy and the middle is deliciously cold. It also lasts longer. Go on. I dare you. You won’t be disappointed. drool

LadyRannaldini · 21/06/2019 14:06

Is there another way? It works far better if it's been in the freezer first though. The Ritter Sport peppermint is very very moreish too, again frozen.
Do people still deconstruct Mars bars, I used to do the outside, the caramel and lastly the squidgy stuff, again better frozen. I've not had one for years though.
Looking at my lunch now with disdain.

Violetparis · 21/06/2019 14:06

I used to do that but roll the fondant into a ball before I ate it.

PineappleSeahorse · 21/06/2019 14:07

Freezer! Expect the police at your door imminently! The fridge was bad enough but this... I have no words.

I really want a Frys cream now but I can never remember if it's the original or peppermint version I prefer.

Tubbyinthehottub · 21/06/2019 14:07

I had the orange flavoured one for elevenses. At room temperature, as it should be and all gooey and squishy. Happy memories Smile

UtterlyUnimaginativeUsername · 21/06/2019 14:07

YOU'RE ALL DOING IT WRONG.

You leave it in the shop.

Dark chocolate is a foul abomination.

HTH.

Bloomburger · 21/06/2019 14:09

The green one is the nicest!

AdaColeman · 21/06/2019 14:09

Chocolate in the fridge?
What Philistines!

PineappleSeahorse · 21/06/2019 14:09

I hate dark chocolate too, and I couldn't eat a bar or even a square of the stuff, but it's nice when it's thinly layered with mint.

dottiedodah · 21/06/2019 14:12

This brings back fond memories to me ,it was Mums favourite!.I prefer milk chocolate TBH. Does anyone else put Mars bars in fridge then cut into slices ?! My Nan did this and now I cant eat them any other way!

PuppyMonkey · 21/06/2019 14:13

Well now you ARE being silly Utterly.

LimeKiwi · 21/06/2019 14:15

I voted YABU for fannying around breaking it up and nibbling bits off.
Get it all shoved in at once I'm clearly a pig Grin

LadyRannaldini · 21/06/2019 14:16

To be honest with this quality of chocolate a freezer hardly matters!

SilverySurfer · 21/06/2019 14:31

YABU - it contains palm oil hence tastes of shit.
