Poll: Sleep naked or in night clothes

Just curious so posting for traffic.

I've slept naked since I was about 14. Can't abide having clothes on in bed. If I'm staying at someone else's house, I'll have some nearby for nighttime loo visits.

Was the post on jammies in supermarkets with people referring to sets to sleep in.

No one in my family has ever slept with clothes on other than my mother. DH sleeps naked as does apparently all of his family.

It amuses me on TV when you see people in bed in jammies or similar especially if they have just apparently been having sex.

In pyjamas. Naked feels too vulnerable.

and definitly covers, can't sleep without.
science fiction movies where people sleep without comfort on a seemingly hard surface in the middle of a very light room unsettle me.

T shirt and knickers.

Naked. Best part of my day is taking all my clothes off and climbing into a cozy bed. It’s like taking the stress and strains of the day off for me. I can’t stand having clothes on in bed and hate staying away where I can’t be nude

Naked house here including DD7 ( who runs hot). To a couple of PP why would having children mean you have to start wearing
PJs?

Naked, both at home and away, since about ten years of age. DH ditto. Felt no need to revert to nightwear when kids came along. Dressing gowns on back of bedroom door, often used for breakfasting downstairs and usually for midnight loo trips when visitors present in the house, but often not then if said visitors are grown-up DCs. Bedding typically summer-weight duvet year-round, with light blanked and sheet when it's really hot. Bedding washed every week.

Anything else you need to know?

@Mokepon I tangle myself up in the duvet and usually have the duvet between my legs with one leg out, so I wear boy short pant things or shorts and a vest. I wash my sheets weekly ish , so sleeping like that for a week wouldn't result in fresh sheets...

Nightie since an embarrassing sleepwalking incident in a shared house. It was 20 years ago but I still can't relax naked.

Both of us sleep naked unless it’s bitterly cold. I can’t sleep properly tangled in pjs bottoms etc.

When I travel for business I’m usually sharing a room so will wear a nightie and pants (I’m not THAT close with all my colleagues - I work with a relative ).

I do however have a ridiculous collection of nightwear as I tend to only wear proper clothes outside of the house, and thus slob about when at home

I could never sleep naked I get too cold! Right now I have winter pjs and dressing down on and in the winter I'll have a blanket aswell.

PJs every single time. I hate sleeping naked, even when I'm alone. I hate the feeling of my boobs flopping around (not sure why, it's not like a wear a bra to bed). I can count on one hand the number of times DP and I have slept naked after sex.

Windows wide open all year round.
Winter thick brushed cotton pyjamas, socks, Spring/ Autumn cotton serge pyjamas, Summer, vest and cotton shorts.
I couldnt bear to sleep naked, like the other poster I just cant sleep.
I do have Hyperalgia though and it feels like my skin is exposed to the elements if I sleep naked.

I used to sleep naked. And then I had kids.
And hated scrabbling around trying to find something to throw on when going to settle them at night. And had leaking boobs when BF. And then they used to wander in to our bedroom. And I got chubby and hated my flabby thighs sticking together at night.

So many naked sleepers!

Always Pjs for me, usually socks, sometimes a sweatshirt...

Clothes! Even in summer!

Fully naked. Except my hair wrap and eye mask + a fan. Even in winter.

DP has PJ shorts but that's it

If I'm sleeping in the same best as my sis or best mate we just wear knickers

Naked but will wear fleecy socks in winter.Usually kick them off in the middle of the night when my feet get hot.
