AIBU to ask what you think is the greatest movie/tv sex scene ever?

Been chatting to some friends about this and we came up with ones from Fatal Attraction (sink scene), Brokeback Mountain, GoT (all of them Smile) and Pretty Little Liars amongst others. What was interesting was how some favourites did nothing for others. And some were unanimously agreed to be hot as hell.

Which ones do it for you?

@SimonJT yes, he's brilliant in it.

I don't know how it will hold up now, it was very of the moment, culturally. I was living and working in Manchester and socialising in and around Canal Street (where it is set) and was 19 at the time, so it was all very familiar to me which is one of the reasons I adored the show. I would recommend it if you can access it, it was so good - gritty and heartbreaking, but also very funny.

@silvercuckoo I don't know how you can put that on a thread asking for your favourite sex scene Shock I've seen that rape scene and it was the worst thing I've ever witnessed. I couldn't get it out of my head for weeks and it left me feeling low and depressed (I know that sounds very pathetic but I wouldn't advise anyone to watch it it's vulgar) I would never admit to anyone in real life that I'd seen it because it was truly awful. I felt like I was watching a real life rape not a movie. It's most certainly not for the faint hearted and I've watched the worst of worst when it comes to films but that was something else! Definitely not a favourite Confused

@lucymegan previous poster updated later that there had been an issue with language not being first language. The poster had meant the rape scene had had a huge impact on her, not that she had enjoyed it.

Clearly as it has had on many viewers.

Hope that clears this a bit.

There was a scene in About Last Night with Rob Lowe & Demi Moore that I think was an amalgamation of scenes of their developing affair with Bob Seger's Living Inside My Heart over the top, that finished with them running into the kitchen naked to get something from the fridge in the dark, and Rob Lowe makes some comment along the lines of how perfect she looked with the light coming from the fridge. I think one of them then says I love you for the first time, but desperately trying to find the scene on google & I can't access our movies right now! The music so perfectly encapsulated that burgeoning love. So frustrated I can't find it!!

One film I really loved was The Bridges of Maddison County, with Meryl Streep and Clint Eastwood. Okay, she was cheating on her DH, but it was really passionate. She's a great actress, of course.

The changing room scene in Bad Santa with Billy Bob Thornton "fuck me Santa, fuck me Santa" Blush I totally did not buy my DH a Santa suit that year -and suggest we go out shopping with him wearing it- nuh uh! Oh and the scene in Crank where Jason Statham has to whip it out and bang his gf in the middle of a busy street in order to not die...and i wonder where all my sexual kinks stem from Grin
