Been chatting to some friends about this and we came up with ones from Fatal Attraction (sink scene), Brokeback Mountain, GoT (all of them Smile) and Pretty Little Liars amongst others. What was interesting was how some favourites did nothing for others. And some were unanimously agreed to be hot as hell.

Which ones do it for you?

This thread got me all got under the collar!
Found a link to my aforementioned animalistic werewolf shag from True Blood and apparently it’s deemed too pornographic for mainstream sites, but is on Pornhub Blush probably the least graphic thing on there Confused

Loved Sex, Lies and Videotape!

Silvercuckoo - as I think you have realised now, "does it for me" is most often used to mean "arouses me" or "turns me on" but it's a less explicit phrase and so more often spoken (perhaps especially by women but I am a woman so I'm not sure if this is what men would say in male company or not). Maybe you have confused it with "sticks with me" or "stuck with me" which is how you might describe an unpleasant scene that you found powerful or moving or upsetting.

MrsElizabethShelby · 09/06/2019 21:44

That cut scene someone posted from dirty dancing is utterly ridiculous.

Diel · 09/06/2019 21:44

That deleted scene from Dirty Dancing is quite something Shock

@Sparklypen Susan Sarandon and James Spader in White Palace (JS v hot back in the day)

Hello! I think we are the only two people in the world who remember that film/those scenes.

Make that three of us. That was one that I always think of as a not pointless or gratuitous sex scene - I generally hate them in films, I'm a firm believer in less is more. The other being the one in The Big Easy. Love both of those films.

Headstand · 09/06/2019 21:56

Elio and Oliver in Call Me By Your Name. Two hours of tension and build up, so worth the build up.

SleepingStandingUp · 09/06/2019 21:56

The flower scene from 40 days and 40 nights.
Possibly at an influential age haha

DoSomethingBob · 09/06/2019 21:58

Gina Gershon and Jennifer Tilley in Bound.

hellenbackagen · 09/06/2019 21:59

And the scene in buffy between buffy and that naughty bad vampire that was actually really likeable? Spike?

It was an adult only episode.

Bumper1969 · 09/06/2019 22:00

God's Own Country film in Netflix. Very hit raw gay male sex in Yorkshire much.

SimonJT · 09/06/2019 22:07

So many sex scenes in films or tv shows are completely unrealistic, they also tend to exist in a world where no one uses condoms. The only place I have seen what I consider realistic sex scenes is queer as folk us (obviously not all of them), and in most of them condoms are visibly. Typically the one I picked doesn’t show condoms, but it’s actually a very realistic sex scene which is quite rare.

Curlyhairedassassin it was Sea of Love I bet. Al Pacino has frisked Ellen looking for a weapon and she turned the tables on him, flung him against the wall and ran her hands up and down "what you looking for".

I may have watched that a few times Blush

FaithInfinity · 09/06/2019 22:16

Ooh yes Buffy and Spike finally getting it on, definitely! Also agree with Trainspotting - I remember watching that as a very naive teenager like Shock Also someone said about Queer as folk - yes to that! That really opened my eyes.

Anna and Miles getting it on on the sofa in This Life.

CharDeeMacDennis · 09/06/2019 22:16

I remember getting hot while watching Ellen Barkin and Al Pacino in something . What the hell was the film?

Sea of Love?

sobercuriouskind · 09/06/2019 22:38

Fleabag - "kneel"
Blue is the warmest colour - hot lesbian sex
Tommy and Grace's first shag in Peaky Blinders
And another mention for the scene in the diner 'Take this Waltz'.
Not sex but I loved the chemistry between the two leads in "Lost in Translation" and in a small independent film on Netflix called "Copenhagen". Sometimes not having sex is hotter than having sex.

Proseccoagain · 09/06/2019 22:44

The chess game in the original Thomas Crown Affair.

TwinklyMummaLuvsHerBubba89 · 09/06/2019 22:45

Queer as Folk is one of my all-time favourite programmes. As a naive 19 year old watching it for the first time I was gobsmacked to say the least. Then aroused 😂

TwinklyMummaLuvsHerBubba89 · 09/06/2019 22:48

@SimonJT have you seen the original Queer as Folk? I thought the sex scenes in that very realistic, rather than staged.

I wonder how the US and original compare.

JaneJeffer · 09/06/2019 22:51

Wow that Dirty Dancing clip is daft! Those two had zero chemistry.

I like Sawyer and Kate in the cage from Lost.

Withington · 09/06/2019 22:52

Scene in The Departed with Leonardo DiCaprio and vera farmiga with "comfortably numb" as the background music. Yum

Nat6999 · 09/06/2019 23:00

Robson Green & Francesca Annis in Reckless
Tom Cruise & Kelly McGillis in Top Gun
Anything from Queer as Folk

littleyellowwellies · 09/06/2019 23:01

@Moralitym1n1 YES!!!!!!! Omg omg so much yes!!! This is by far hotter than any sex scene - when I watched this for the first time I must have rewound the tv twenty times!!
Best. Kiss. EVER!!!!

sozzlechops · 09/06/2019 23:03

I'm not sure how old I was when I first watched Terminator, but Linda Hamilton and Michael Biehn in that motel room stirred my ...interest far more than Mr Schwarzenegger
