Here:

Sarah Sanders once said she hoped to be remembered as an "honest and transparent" White House press secretary.

Writing for @CNNopinion, former White House press secretary @joelockhart says "it's safe to say that her hopes were misplaced"

'President Trump’s speech at the Lincoln Memorial on the Fourth of July is expected to drive up security costs for an annual event that draws hundreds of thousands of visitors to the nation’s capital.

But the president has still not fully paid the bill for the last time he addressed a massive crowd on the Mall: his 2017 inauguration.

The Trump administration and Congress owe D.C. more than $7 million in expenses from Trump’s inauguration, according to federal and city financial records. The total cost of the four-day celebration, which culminated with a parade and gathering of roughly 600,000 people on the Mall, was $27.3 million.'

And really, Sarah Sanders ceased being a legitimate Press Secretary at least a year and a half ago. She was Trump’s PR. It’s a fine distinction, and she didn’t understand it.

'More than 100 cities across the United States will hold #ImpeachTrump Day of Action events on Saturday and it is a call to millions of Americans to "finally open an impeachment inquiry" on President Donald Trump, according to Democratic Representative Rashida Tlaib.

As of late afternoon Friday, more than 140 events were scheduled in cities including New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Phoenix, Orlando and Detroit, to demand that Congress begin impeachment proceedings against Trump.'

Question: "If Russia came calling this go around, [President Trump] would call the FBI, you think?"

Anthony Scaramucci: "I do, because knowing his personality, he's super smart, he would think it was like a trap, too. He would be definitely the first person to call the FBI."

TheClaws · 16/06/2019 02:48

Apart from being just silly statement, Earhardt’s comment is more than that. It give free rein for Trump’s cult to say it’s okay for Trump to do whatever he wishes, and lay further derision at the door of the FBI.
