The "part and parcel" comments weren't made after a terror attack btw, and they come from comments he about the threat of terror attacks and being prepared for them.

It's ridiculous anyway, why should his words be more under scrutiny for this than any other mayor's would have been? The Islamist terrorists don't represent mainstream Islam. More Muslims are victims of Islamist terrorists than are non Muslims.
