I'm thinking of buying this outfit for my grandma's 90th birthday party next month, and wearing it again for the work summer party (I'm a teacher in a primary school). AIBU?

Do they do a cut out version of the top? If not, do it lace up at the back? If so, twizzle it round and lace up front like bustier. Just to give it a little lift.
