To think this the best premier league last day for years

What a great week for football.
Loved the games this week.

But its a long time since the title went down to the wire like this. Even the miricle year leicester won theg won by 10 points, last year CIty ran away with it.

When was the last time it went down to the last natch like this? Blackburn and man u in 1995?

I'm a wolves fan and we're playing liverpool but i'm desparate for liverpool to win the title. I really dislike city. I of course always want the gold and black army to win but i'm almost happier if we lose today.

Also it’s worth pointing out that City do not force their fans into an expensive cup scheme. We are season ticket holders but don’t really go to cup matches as it’s so expensive. It is full every week for the Prem matches. Nice to see little Cardiff doing so well today too!

To the person who went we don't go to cup games . Are cuo games not important that really pisses me off so much.. and i'm looking at all the big teams that devalue the cup competions

It’s a fairly normal opinion IMO. I follow a different sport but life means I generally couldn’t get to every game therefore I’d do the ones covered by the season ticket and not the cup ones because I generally had other commitments to family life etc. My ex-H who had season tickets for a football team felt similar.

Why wouldn't anyone want to go and see CL games? I know Liverpool fans who went to Anfield the other night who were just as excited about seeing Lionel Messi playing in the flesh, as they were about the game itself. Other than the Workd Cup and the Euros it's the only ti,e you get to see the besa players in the world on the same platform.

Gutted. What an amazing season for Liverpool, but to score 95+ points and only lose one match all season (as it stands) and still not win the title... it's tough to take. Hats off to City though.

City haven’t devalued any cup competitions and have fielded full strength teams throughout. Maybe that’s why we won the league cup and are in the FA cup final. (We don’t mention the CL!) There will be a full strength detachment of Mancs heading to Wembley next weekend. Sorry OP. I can’t go. Have to buy food instead!

Well no i dont know your finacial situation Also notice i aimed my critisiam of de valuing the cup competions at the clubs nog the supporters. And was talking about the club attitude. You say ohh city dont make us go to cup games. Thats a club attitude that pisses me off.

It started years ago with united playing their second string youth tea and its got worse with everyone of the top six doing it. It devaules the cups
