one off. He hasnt done so for ages and age.. over a year i think, perhaps even 2. He was very tired, when i went up and checked on him he said he was half awake and said he didnt need wee. Bless him. I think cos he needed one and dreamt he had gone downstairs only when he got a bit wet did he wake and realise he wasnt awake before iyswim.

Usually it doesn't bother me but I have thought about changing my name but have no imagination to come up with anything decent.

I chose my moniker on the basis of it being my childhood nickname. It was before I had joined the site in any capacity- I joined to ask a question about bleeding in pregnancy and was in quite a state at the time. It seems that I inadvertently picked a nickname very similar to several people already here (DuchessofNorksBride for one), but then, it is a not uncommon common noun, just a little more French. I don't think that it should be an issue unless people go around deliberately impersonating or stalking their near namesakes. As others have pointed out that in real life people have names that are identical or similar to other peoples'. Nothing to get too hot under the collar about. It happens.
