Well everyone on my side of the world is awake, so welcome to our day! Although I might have a nap now, just to be bolshy.

@MortyVicar I am relating so hard to My eyes feel like saucers and my head feels like it's going to explode.

DP seems relatively settled now so I’m going to make a new hot water bottle and try and get a couple of hours at least.

Fingers crossed.

Thanks @Rafabella8 I'd taken my lansoprazole already so no idea where it came from. Haven't been drinking or anything. Eventually got over after being sick/glugging gaviscon/taking zantac

Anyway, I'm in western Canada and it's just before 10am now.
