I'm fairly sure my engagement ring has been delivered in the post today... it's an unbranded box but it's got a postal label on it with "antique diamond ring" and some value details on it.

DP was doing the gardening so I signed for it and have put it in the hallway as I normally would. He doesn't seem to have noticed the label. Do I say something?

(I'm fairly sure it's for me Grin)

I know someone who proposed on holiday. The intended fiance knew it was going to happen because on his list of what to pack he'd put "ring".

And he didn't wear rings.

My DH proposed on holiday. I realised something was up when he started behaving suspiciously at security. Turns out he had champagne glasses and a little bottle in his hand luggage. Bless him. This thread has made me feel all happy thinking about it. Enjoy your holiday OP.

My DH proposed to me while we were on holiday in the north of Scotland. It wasn't romantic but it was very sweet because he had to kneel down on a cold windy wet beach with DS (who was 18months) on his back in a carrier. I had no idea he was going to do it.

@Ihopeyourcakeisshit depends where it's coming from. Certain countries need you to say what's in the package and it needs to be identified in the label. I know as DH constantly orders camera stuff from all over the world
