To ask how to tame my frizzy hair?

Help please with getting my wayward locks under control! I have been through a ridiculous number of shampoos and conditioners that have made absolutely no difference and I feel a bit out of my depth with products. So your best tried and tested buys for smooth, non flyaway tresses would be amazing. I have coloured hair past my shoulders and the frizziness has definitely coincided with me starting to dye it around 4 years ago. Many thanks!

SFS free shampoo has been a miracle for my hair.

I use Palmer's Coconut shampoo and conditioner. My hair completely changed

My long, thick, frizzy hair is looking particularly sleek from trying tresemme keratin 7 day smooth treatment on Monday. I used the keratin smooth shampoo and conditioner first (not the special 7 day ones), then put the stuff on and dried and straightened it as per the instructions. There are still flyaways, but it's much better overall. It's my first try of it, and I'm very impressed at how well it's lasted.

Sulfate free shampoo or keratase discipline shampoo & conditioner with a little bit of serum before blow drying I use Joico Kpak protect and shine serum...hair feels so soft and smooth when I do this!

I had keratin treatment and it wasn't a magic solution. Kept things easier to control for about a month. The shampoo (needed to be a special one without something-or-other in it made my hair really greasy.) It cost £65 and took about 2/3 hours I think.

I also do a hot oil treatment once a week that has calmed the frizziness right down bought pure argan oil from Holland and barratt a few drops of this in my hair, colouring bag and a warm towel wrapped my head for 5 mins then shampoo, condition, serum etc hair feels amazing after my friend has Afro hair and swears by this routine but mixes avocado, coconut, argan and Marula oil together.

I love shea moisture 10 in 1 shampoo. Leaves my hair so soft. Occasionally use aloe Vera gel too.

Don't know how easy these are to get in England.
OGX has some really good products. The hair butter is particularly good for conditioning.

They made a coconut water spray that I used before drying my hair, completely smoothed all frizz, but they don't seem to make it any more.
Palmer's make a dry oil mist that is like it.

Moroccan oil hydrate treatment mask is amazing as is the Moroccan treatment oil. Both you can buy in travel size to try if your like me and a bit sick of shelling out £££ for products that don’t work for you.

I hated the Brazilian Blow Dry it also made my hair look really greasy, curly girl was OK but I don't like curly hair on me. I just got the Revlon brush everyone is raving about and love it. It takes my frizzy mad hair.

Another vote for ditching the shampoo. My hair is coarse, dry and curly, and no way is shampoo going near it to strip out whatever precious little oil is hanging on in there. Conditioner to wash, conditioner to condition.

I wash , deep condition and apply hair oil
Scrap back and dry naturally
Then straighten it

Curly girl method if you want to embrace the waves/curls.
Hair oil with heat protection before blow drying and straightening is my saviour.
