..to ask for a Netflix recommendation? I have horrendous PMT & am desperate to watch something that'll make the world a better place. Either sad and moving but amazing or very funny!

The boy who harnessed the wind. It’s a very uplifting true story.

Shoxfordian · 03/03/2019 19:35

The blind side is a really moving film, based on a real story

Skinnyjeansandaloosetop · 03/03/2019 19:35

Dumplin’

Coldilox · 03/03/2019 19:35

Nanette

Gingernut83 · 03/03/2019 19:36

Isn’t it romantic (rebel wilson) I thought that was hilarious and it only appeared on Netflix the other day I think x

XiCi · 03/03/2019 19:36

Grace and Frankie. Brilliant TV, and so funny

3out · 03/03/2019 19:37

Just getting into Workin Moms at the moment :)

CatstorTroy · 03/03/2019 19:37

Really enjoyed 'the let down' series about new parents. really honest and quite funny.

Whisky2014 · 03/03/2019 19:37

Working moms was a funny series

30under · 03/03/2019 19:37

Grace and Frankie.
But my new fave is One Day at a Time. It tops any sitcom ive ever watched. Hilarious but tackles so many modern day issues too. Amazing.

BooksAreMyOnlyFriends · 03/03/2019 19:40

Derek. It will make you laugh, cry and realise the wonderful people in the world far outnumber the knobheads. I think it's on iPlayer.

DianaPrincessOfThemyscira · 03/03/2019 19:41

So far Behind the Curve is actually giving me gut-busting belly laughs. It’s a documentary about flat earthers, I’m sure they didn’t intend a comedy but it’s hilarious!

Mind you, if you have PMT then it might just push you over the edge into Rage Grin

BeanTownNancy · 03/03/2019 20:55

The film Lion has made me happy-cry recently.

The Good Place is very funny.

SparklingTwilight · 03/03/2019 21:00

The good place - very funny
Good witch - very soft and kind

groundcontroltomontydon · 03/03/2019 21:01

Schitt's Creek - fabulously funny
And there's a cheesy film with Rob Brydon about a male synchronised swimming team that's quite cheery

jcq17 · 03/03/2019 21:02

Sex education is hilarious

NotExactlyHappyToHelp · 03/03/2019 21:09

More votes for Grace & Frankie and Workin Moms. Genius the both of them.

WelcomeToGreenvale · 03/03/2019 21:11

Russian Doll! It's dark and funny, short episodes (25 mins) so easy to watch in fits and starts. Natasha Lyonne is amazing in it and I covet her hair.
