..to ask for a Netflix recommendation? I have horrendous PMT & am desperate to watch something that'll make the world a better place. Either sad and moving but amazing or very funny!

Isn’t it romantic- we laughed out loud

Sorry I know you said Netflix but Life in Pieces on Prime is so good. It’s such a feel good show with short episodes and I think 3 seasons for you to delve into.

Workin’ Moms on Netflix has been great

Grumpelstilskin · 03/03/2019 21:13

Deffo 'The Good Place'. And while not on Neflix, I would watch 'The New Testament' too. It sort of goes quite well with the whole concept. I also quite liked 'Nappily After'

The Miracle Season made me cry... Was lovely though.

Snapespeare · 03/03/2019 21:15

The umbrella academy, a series of unfortunate events, stranger things, Kimmy Schmidt, the good place.

Mouikey · 03/03/2019 21:19

Russian Doll is amazing, just about to watch episode 6!

A Good Place is Great as is The Last Man on Earth. Great News, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Arrested Development, Good Girls, Santa Clarita Diet, Grace & Frankie, Glow, The Let Down (about a new mum!) and End of the F*ing World (dark).

There are some new things just out that also look good (Working Mums, the Rebel Wilson show)

AiryFairy1 · 03/03/2019 21:22

Lion (this had me near sobbing in the cinema 😭)
The good place
Friends (!)
Gilmore Girls
Dumplin’
(Sorry I’m not very original in my recommendations Grin)

Brooklyn 99! It’s fantastic.

Another vote for Sex Education. Had me doing that laugh/cringe thing, with the emphasis on laugh.
