I need a laugh. What are your first world problems atm? No matter how big, small, modest or boasty?

Mine is that I've just bought a grand big mac and it's making a mess and my mouth isn't big enough!

Too many spices/herbs to fit in my spice rack. Spent a good 10 minutes trying to engage my husband in this conversation yesterday. There’s a good change he’s going to divorce me Wink

CatstorTroy · 01/03/2019 16:15

SarahFreeman1 · 01/03/2019 16:21

wink1970 · 01/03/2019 16:33

@CatstorTroy you need a heated steering wheel - gamechanger!

Mine is that I ordered too much wine and the wine racks are now overflowing into the laundry room, there's wine everywhere. notforlong

WhatHaveIFound · 01/03/2019 16:34

Aprilshowersarecomingsoon DS has the same problem and i'm fed up of eating soft food!

Cornettoninja · 01/03/2019 16:34

I commute by bus - the pain of clicking on a boring thread whilst travelling through a shit 3/4G area should not be underestimated.

E20mom · 01/03/2019 16:35

The avocados I just got delivered are too over ripe for my toddler to hold in her hand and feed herself

Oysterbabe · 01/03/2019 16:38

My cleaner is overcharging me by about £20 a month but I'm too British to question it so will just keep paying until one of us dies.

ToftheB · 01/03/2019 16:40

I’ve just booked a holiday cottage without realising that it doesn’t have WiFi Shock Surely everywhere has WiFi!?

Youngandfree · 01/03/2019 16:41

In really want to buy a new mulberry bag and the money is there but I can’t bring myself to actually do it because I don’t want to spend the money. Also I have a sleeping child on top of me and I really want a coffee 😭

mumsiedarlingrevolta · 01/03/2019 16:42

I am very upset that Ocado has moved to M&S

I am judging myself for how much this is bothering me

Amibeingnaive · 01/03/2019 16:43

This happened a few years ago but I do think it's a perfect first world problem:

My DH dropped creme brûlée on my suede Jimmy Choos and ruined them.

JRMisOdious · 01/03/2019 16:45

The skin on my essentials easy peelers is bloody welded to the fruit, picking it off in bits, got juice running all down inside my sleeves.
Easy peelers my be-hind 🤬

Newadventure · 01/03/2019 16:46

My new fridge freezer is too noisy.

riotlady · 01/03/2019 16:48

My daughters favourite food is hummus on toast but she’s only 11 months old so doesn’t eat enough hummus to get through a tub in the 2-3 days you’re allowed to leave a tub open. So I bought some mini tubs of hummus and she can eat half a pot in one sitting but they don’t come with proper lids so I have to cling film over them to put them back in the fridge.

Justme10 · 01/03/2019 16:48

I'm having a bad hair day and going on a first date tonight Sad

SurgeHopper · 01/03/2019 16:49

Need another wardrobe to fit all my clothes 🤔👗

dudsville · 01/03/2019 16:49

My perfectly functional good quality refrigerator is the wrong colour.

DD is insisting on making a birthday cake for her friend who is coming round here later on today, so it needs to be baked, cooled and decorated in the next hour or so.

Just got the electric whisk out of the cupboard to find that it has packed up, and neither of us has the strength to do it by hand, due to random and irritating (and entirely different) wrist injuries.

I already suggested that a substitute cake be purchased to save the trouble, but no, that won't do apparently. So she is creaming the butter and sugar rather slowly. Oh well, her choice Grin

DaffodilsAreMyFav · 01/03/2019 16:53

Quote from a friend (from a good long time ago) - I have a spot on my chin and its ruining my life!

youwantathingamibob · 01/03/2019 16:56

I just debated with myself for half an hour over whether my need for milk (and subsequently coffee) was greater than my want to not have to spend ages convincing my child that the walk to the shops will do him good. We finally went - and I bought him a load unnecessary shite (one was a toy for cats!) from the shop of wonders next door to keep him walking because 'it's such hard work walking mummy'... tell me about it kid, try doing it with a moaning little person who can't keep to my pace so I can get home quicker and have my coffee!

Had a coffee related problem yesterday too (most things are coffee related in my life) went to get nails sorted out and the girl made me a coffee, I could not drink said coffee for 15 minutes because my nails were soaking, so it was luke warm and not pleasant but I was too polite to ask for a fresh one - next time I'm taking a straw!

I’ve been using a courtesy car today as mine is in for its service. It doesn’t have adaptive cruise control and the radio controls are naff. According to my ds it’s the WORST. CAR. EVER. I think I agree with him...

Clawdy · 01/03/2019 17:02

Trying to decide whether to pick up Bonne Maman wild blueberry conserve from Tesco, or wait till Sunday when I can go the local farmers market and get a nice home made jam........
