Oh bloody hell I've got fat! I have zero willpower right now, so need a massive kick up the arse and a straightforward way of getting my eating under control.
I've had a quick look at the Michael Mosley 800cal/day diet and the 5:2. I'm not sure if it will suit me but think I need to give it a go. I'd love some help with what to eat / shopping lists / recipes to get started. I'm desperate, help!
