a vice. Mine used to be the booze,but I knocked that on the head when I found myself drinking up to two bottles of wine a night. Now it's shopping. I just love to shop,be it for food,stuff for the kids,make-up,clothes,shoes,household goods or anything else. I just get a buzz out of it. What's your vice? Is it something you worry could get out of hand, or do you see it as a simple pleasure that you deserve even if it might be bad for you and/or your bank balance?

MN, diet coke, notepads, work-related text books (I buy more when I have several as yet unread).

I used to be somewhat addicted to exercise. I rather wish I still was.

Shopping. I do take a lot back though. It is a bit embarrassing though when the delivery people are the same ones each time and when the same assistants serve me when I am returning stuff. One of our neighbours commented jokingly how did I have room for it all, probably when he sees all the delivery vansBlush

Freshly ground coffee from my coffee machine in the morning is probably my biggest vice , even miss it on holidays.

Wine and cheese preferably together

Tomatoes .I eat them every day, all day and get quite panicky when there are none in the house

I go through stages and vices. Get bored of something, move to next. Currently, it's starbursts. I eat two bloody packs a day.

It used to be class a drugs and going on massive and very very fun benders that lasted for days. Now I just can't stop eating haribo. Jesus what a decline in fun.

Food hoarding and 'controlled' (planned) binge eating. It's a bit better than the 10 years of anorexia and bulimia, and my weight is perfectly healthy and stable over longer periods, but it's not ideal. I'm always planning ahead for the next binge.

I don't smoke, drink, take drugs or have sex.

I am addicted to diet coke, coffee, sugar, bread, hobbies, Etsy, Netflix, YouTube, Instagram, shopping and sweet chilli sauce. I will not give any of them up.

MN. Spend far too much time on here. Coffee (pints of it every day). Wine, but I keep that rigidly in check - no booze Mon-Thurs unless I'm out for dinner, and no more than three glasses on Friday and Saturday, one on Sunday.
