a vice. Mine used to be the booze, but I knocked that on the head when I found myself drinking up to two bottles of wine a night. Now it's shopping. I just love to shop,be it for food, stuff for the kids,make-up,clothes,shoes,household goods or anything else. I just get a buzz out of it. What's your vice? Is it something you worry could get out of hand, or do you see it as a simple pleasure that you deserve even if it might be bad for you and/or your bank balance?

Ear buds 🙈 I know they're bad but they feel so good.

Also scandi clothing for my toddler. Destroys my bank balance but his wardrobe is so bright and lovely.

Beer. I adore the stuff, and always have. I’m a proper beer geek, and the huge variety of craft and artisan beers now available mean I’m like a kid in a sweet shop.

I try to keep a sensible balance by not drinking from Mon-Thurs, but it doesn’t always work out like that...

Saving. Even 50p saved makes me happy. I want a newish campervan, my goal is 12-18 months then I should be able to get one.

I used to spend a lot, but soon realised I was only getting a short term high for a long term low.

Takeaway coffees. I hate to think how much I spend on them but I love the treat of going into a coffee shop and feel it's good for my mental health!
