To think Tina Malone deserves no sympathy

She's in trouble legally for allegedly sharing photos of one of James Bulgar's killers. She is getting lots of support online but I think people are letting their hatred of the crime cloud their judgement. Surely exploiting a tragedy to get attention is not something that should be applauded! This wasn't done with any intention of "helping" James's family, was it?

What gets me is 2 boys of the age of 10 committed a crime that will never fully be divulged as its simply to horrible to release the full extent of what they did to that little baby, they went from full on horrific tortoure and murder, and in venables case he has gone on to reoffend and reoffend once again involving suffering of young children, so now I belive it's time in his case to throw away the key, yes as some have stated they were young at the time, (as if it was a minor gbh) had terrible upbringings, so with venables as a adult when is it time to say enough is enough? Thompson, as far as anyone is aware, has kept his head down, and maybe he wakes up at night haunted by what he done to baby James we don't know but venables I think his time is up now

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 03/02/2019 21:38

or Thompson could have done a million things and not been caught or then again he could be a priest, who's to know.

BasilFaulty · 03/02/2019 22:05

I can never understand why these boys are treated with more vitriol that adult killers

This is such a good point.

FedUpMum40 · 03/02/2019 22:36

Not more vitriol it's just that this is what this thread is about these 2 murderers in particular

WaxMyBalls · 04/02/2019 12:27

It is, but there's no getting round the indisputable fact that these two have attracted much, much more attention and vitriol than most convicted murderers ever do. This was true even before it became clear that JV is pretty much an ongoing menace to the public with multiple subsequent offences and therefore a continuing story, if you like. It's worth asking why that is. It's not like there aren't shitloads of others who have murdered people in horrible ways.

OrdinaryReasonablePerson · 16/03/2019 12:22

Actually everyone still going on (in hateful & demeaning ways) about the (2 "children age 10") at the time of the murder are themselves in need of urgent psychiatric assessments.

The law at the time & still today is out of step with the rest of the civilised world (a child age 10 is a baby in primary school).

This insane individual Ms Malone (is quoting religious garbage as regards "catholic moral values" quote (Ms Malone) "an eye for an eye"!

Oh really...so individuals such as for want lynch mobs do they ? she & individuals like her (of which there are many) wanted those sorry & confused 10 year old children (Robert Thompson / Jon Venables) murdered...she wanted them murdered then & wants them murdered now...correct ? is this the levels UK society is resonating at? it seems so...& I'm very happy that i share none of those ("qualities")...

Suggest anyone that follows (her) (Ms Malone's) 15th century ideology start learning from learned academics whom regularly review the (failings) the UK

etc etc etc

Or

Let's all go for the lynch mob approach shall we !!!
