Hangovers!!!

I like a drink of a weekend, I admit I am a binge drinker! It completely writes off the next whole day though!

Just curious if there are any “hangover cures” that actually work?

Please don’t put “drink less” - You sound boring!

Always water and tablets before bed, berrocca before going out and again when getting home used to work a great in my twenties.
Now in my thirties too much wine is solved by cold and flu tablets the best day. They're a miracle. Especially the ones that have caffeine in!! Give it a go - you won't be disappointed. Enjoy!

So which is better to take for a hangover headache-paracetamol, ibuprofen or aspirin?!

Following in preparation for Friday night. Like a pp, I like being drunk. These days though, my body likes to remind me I'm not 21 anymore. So I quite often can't even get out of bed until 4pm (unless it's to be sick)

Drinking less doesn't help.... hangovers are still bad. And I'm not giving up. I rarely go out anyway!

I once read that a solution of Dioralyte begore bed helps. My morning hangover cute..... after paracetemol is Lucozade Sport, no Lite crap either, and a banana

@itsbritneybiatches I would say, def make sure it's paracetamol- I read ibuprofen earlier in the thread and for some reason wrote that, but you shouldn't take that with booze.

32 year old me looks back at 20year old me and wonders how I thought to be so organised. But the devil is in the organised detail. You won't do it if you don't get it ready before you go outbut if you drink a whole bottle of vodka you will still hurt the next day, guaranteed!
