AIBU to think what a good idea it would be for Banksy to start drawing on walls of hospitals and charities, and then the money raised by selling the drawings would go to those in need. I'm sure the charity wouldn't object to having a portion of a wall removed and rebuilt for the sake of the thousands they would make from selling a Banksy. Just a thought....

That Port Talbot work is amazing. From the front it looks like a boy tasting snowflakes on his tongue. And then the side has a furnace, so you understand that it’s ash falling down on him. So what is a beautiful and heartwarming image becomes something more sinister. And it’s so appropriate to the location of Port Talbot.

The owner has sold it for £2m by the way so I don’t think we need be concerned about his property being damaged/his stress levels etc. Banksy gave him that gift.

I love the idea that this interesting art just pops up in unlikely locations, often very temporarily as it tends to get graffitied over almost immediately, or increasingly now, removed to galleries.

I think the person who was stressed by one was up north somewhere?

I was wrong, it was the Welsh guy.
