Sexiest/coolest job for a partner ?

Inspired by another thread about worst jobs. What are the coolest/sexiest jobs?

A very talented artist of some some sort. Or a job that pays a fortune? Beyond that I don’t see how a career can make a person appealing.

Firefighters, policemen, builders, carpenters, landscape gardeners...

I think men look sexy in scrubs (DH does, although surgical ones so they don't even get to touch the car) but the disruptive hours and work consumed life of a doctor don't really do it for me. So I'll say Vet. For the scrubs and the fluffy animal bonus!

Or maybe a farmer or a gardener or a tree surgeon... strong, muscly, down to earth, outsidey, grubby, but not hospital grubby

Surely its not what they do when they are out working, more what they do when home, although would have to draw the line at mortician.

FTFF yes yes to armed police, they get the pulse racing, something about all that gear and looking serious I think. Reminded me of the Richard madden in the bodyguard...although less gear but still phoar!!

Surprised so few people have said film director or painter or other artistic pursuits, always find those men the sexiest. It's the power to invent stuff that does it for me. If also got great looks, I'm done for.

I always wanted to marry a chef, I did, the hours are very long, but didn't bother until we had DC.

DP is in law (studied to be a barrister) and whilst initially sexy what with the suit and smooth talking, it soon loses its shine - you will NEVER win an argument. And he loves to play the devil's advocate. Or argue just for shits and giggles. Urgh. I love him really.

Then she realised that he was away 9 months of the year and, in reality, killed people for a living.

It got a bit less sexy after that.

My husband was a rugby player. Very sexy. Now he is a rugby coach and I get to spend time with hot 20 year old rugby players #winning

I've never been into stereotypically masculine types...husband used to be a classical ballet dancer, trained as a dance therapist and is currently a sahd. He's the kindest and most emotionally literate person I know, which I find hella sexy.

Haha, I'm just home having been up to my elbows in a dog's tummy this evening..was in work since 8am. Yesterday was similar. Tomorrow 8am-7.30pm. My feet and back are a bit shagged and I ate lukewarm chips like a savage when I came in without bothering to reheat them. I get that fixing cute animals could be considered sexy, but the working hours not so much!

Bunnyfuller - my husband is a fighter pilot and is not short, he is 6 feet 1 and broad. Many of his colleagues are tall too. It was just Tom Cruise that was short. It's the femur length that matters for the ejector seat.
Oh and for the record, fighter pilots are pretty sexy.

I met a German fighter pilot who looked like a young Richard Gere and rode a Harley Davidson..... he was tall and about as sexy as they came.
