AIBU to think trees are NOT made OF wood?

Seriously though, you are a bit right. Whilst wood comes from trees.... trees are not 100% made from wood.

Just google 'what are trees made of?' Or 'Are trees made of wood?'

A tree is wood. It isn't made FROM wood is it? That sounds like it was built.

I've confused myself.

More importantly, how much wood could a woodchuck chuck. If a woodchuck could chuck wood?

Ah it's because it's not just wood. Wood comes from trees, but trees consist of bark, leaves, branches etc. Trees simply include wood. 😂

With that logic you could say we are not made of skin, muscle, bone, tissue etc because we are made of hydrogen, carbon, oxygen etc.
