Comfiest bras

I need to find some comfy bras! The first thing I do when I get home now is whip mine off - and I don’t wear fancy ones - just good old M&S simple and plain styles.

Can anyone recommend a really comfy bra brand? I’m a 34 or 36 C!

PINK by Victoria's Secret - I don't even notice I'm wearing them, and I'm a 32D.

OnlyFoolsnMothers · 12/12/2018 19:17

Another vote for Victoria Secret, their wireless bras, expensive though at 40quid a bra

AlanThePig · 12/12/2018 19:23

I love VS's front fasteners, soooo comfy. Expensive but really worth it.

Mojitomogul · 12/12/2018 19:26

Always find boux avenue so comfy and fit perfectly and im 34F. Often really good sales on esp after xmas.

AtrociousCircumstance · 12/12/2018 19:28

Rosie for Autograph bras from M&S are the comfiest I own.

AntMoon · 12/12/2018 19:31

34E here - M&S sports bra ! Non wired, zips up at the front. So, so so comfy.

But no points for sexy.

Bunnymumma · 12/12/2018 19:31

Ooooh! M&S do bralets that are amazing! Before you doubt me...I'm a 34E and they lift, hold, look great and are only a tenner. Seriously, I'm never going back to bloody underwired now!

Needallthesleep · 12/12/2018 19:31

I love the M&S bralettes

Bunnymumma · 12/12/2018 19:32

@Needallthesleep Great minds!

Needallthesleep · 12/12/2018 19:32

Crosspost @bunnymumma

There was actually a BBC story about how bralettes are replacing underwire bras now

dementedpixie · 12/12/2018 19:32

Maybe measure to get your correct size first as 34C and 36C have completely different cup sizes as well as back sizes.

Maybenexttime08 · 12/12/2018 19:33

Will look at M&S bralettes when I’m next in town! I’ve always gone underwired but by the sound of it things have moved on since I last wore one!

Might see if Santa is feeling generous enough for a VS bra :-)

I would suspect that you're not a 34 or 36C. Check out some of the MN bra intervention threads or look up Boob or bust - you'll probably need a smaller back and larger cup! M&S and lots of stores are terrible at measuring (using the outdated +4 inches method), so it's really worth checking this out if you haven't before.

Neverender · 12/12/2018 19:37

Just bought this one and it's comfortable and looks really nice:

reddA · 12/12/2018 19:41

I bought THESE and actually went back to buy more as they are so comfortable, 32D though so not your size but might help someone else, they really are great and 4 for £20 is fantastic!

Neverender · 12/12/2018 19:43

I'm a Medium - simple

NecessaryOnABicycle · 12/12/2018 19:44

@Bunnymumma @Needallthesleep I am positively evangelical about M&S bralettes! I've quit wearing anything else!

Cardiffclare88 · 12/12/2018 19:45

Love the non wired bras from Uniqlo.

AnnaMagnani · 12/12/2018 19:49

Bra intervention. More important that type of bra!

Don't believe you will be a 34C.

anniehm · 12/12/2018 19:53

My favourite bra for comfort is a twin pack from Asda - £10 for a white and a black. You don't know it's on. I need underwire as in a 34e - unwired simply don't feel comfortable.

Bunnymumma · 12/12/2018 19:56

@NecessaryOnABicycle SAME!! They are a goddam revelation aren't they? They are even coping with my preggo boobs and no back pain...ever!

I'm wearing a non wired super comfy moulded bra from tesco that is also coping with pregnancy boobs

Although I can't show you online as for some reason Tesco direct no longer exists. Hmm

GabsAlot · 12/12/2018 20:07

i was going to ask about bras fed up of the underwire pocking out and that was an m and s one

Ohyesiam · 12/12/2018 20:08

Hollister stock a brand of bralets that are gorgeous, and really work. Can’t remember the brand, it’s a woman’s name I think.
