Coffee in the (roughly) thousand forms it comes in, and the people who moan because they want it hotter than the surface of the sun. I don't understand how people can want to drink something hot enough to burn. (One woman always used to stick her finger in her drink. ) Our new coffee machine won't heat the milk above 70°C and people say that's too cold! It's hot enough for me.

I accept that some of you think the comment is snobby, it wasn't intended as snobby and I said as much.

But those of you who've retorted that Nando's is CHEAP are spectacularly missing my point, both initially and follow up

I know many people for whom Nando's is EXPENSIVE and therefore either a huge treat or out of budget and so it is high end.

This just illustrates the lifestyle divide that exists on MN

I move in the circles that think Nando's is expensive so no I'm not a snob
