I’ll start. There is absolutely nothing acceptable about all day breakfast in a tin so why did I buy it in B&M earlier and eat it for dinner?! Blush

Ooh also; pickled onions on toast. With grated cheese of course.

Lovingbenidorm · 28/11/2018 01:22

Salt n vinegar hula hoops with vintage cheddar in the hole

Anyat212 · 28/11/2018 01:26

My favourite comfort meal ever is potato waffles with tinned spaghetti - frozen waffles in the toaster & spaghetti in the microwave - perfect

I love cheese strings, babybels & cheese triangles. Also can’t beat them cheese slices in a burger from a BBQ - they are wrong on every level

Also a fan of pot noodles & super noodles will be trying those in a sandwich

Lovingbenidorm · 28/11/2018 01:30

Chicken n mushroom pot noodle is the food of the Gods, as is a large doner with extra chilli sauce

loubluee · 28/11/2018 01:34

Baked beans on toast with mayo. Now that’s food of the Gods!

Lovingbenidorm · 28/11/2018 01:36

Nah can’t do mayo

Psychonaut · 28/11/2018 01:39

After a night of drinking back in my heyday, I would head to McDonald's for this breakfast combo: two hash browns, a sugar ring doughnut and a coke zero.

Bavarian smoked cheese & Heinz sandwich spread on white bread

My most recent one, which makes my DP shiver, is sesame seed crispbread from Tesco, with butter on, dipped in hot baked bean and jalapeno Primula mix. Heavenly.

On the subject of baked beans, I went through a phase of mixing those with banana barbecue sauce.

Also anything pickled, tons of vinegar on every salad...

Lovingbenidorm · 28/11/2018 01:48

😳

puddled2 · 28/11/2018 02:11

Peanuts in vinegar

VanellopeVonSchweetz99 · 28/11/2018 02:16

Dunking crispbread (ryvita will do at a push, prefer the proper scandi stuff) with cheddar cheese in hot black coffee. Heavenly.

MissLadyM · 28/11/2018 02:20

I did a lucky dip Greggs this afternoon after getting pissed at lunchtime. A festive bake (ye gods!) and a cheese bake. Take both home, cut into quarters and heat up in microwave. 'Plate up' with a splodge of ketchup & sprinkle with prawn cocktail and cheese crisps. It's a lucky dip! Festive & prawn cocktail quarter is magnificent

GivingBloodFeelingGreat · 28/11/2018 02:58

Marmite on toast. Delicious!

Psychonaut · 28/11/2018 03:14

Milo sandwich

LostontheWestway · 28/11/2018 07:32

I'm another fan of super noodles on toast or a super noodle sandwich.

Cheese strings - they're awful but I love them.

Cheese on toast made with those cheap orange cheese slices - the top turns into a skin (like a custard skin) and the rest melts. I love it but everyone looks at me in horror.

That Cookie Crisp cereal. I never buy it as I know it's loaded with sugar but my god it's lovely!

LostontheWestway · 28/11/2018 07:36

Oh and one of those bake at home baguettes (a white one) slathered with butter while still hot so the butter melts. Fill with 2 packets of bacon fries (the cousin to those scampi fries you see in pubs). Eat.

No nutritional value but so so so good.

Chocolatebourbons · 28/11/2018 07:36

Crisp sandwiches using Dairylea instead of butter, with ready salted or cheese and onion crisps - ideally Walkers.

Primula straight out of the tube, especially the chive flavour one.

Egg fried rice with salad cream.

ShotsFired · 28/11/2018 07:42

OMG. That sounds awesome! I have never considered dairylea, despite grated cheese, crisp and coleslaw sandwiches being one of my top culinary faves!

I have just added the components to my shopping list, thanks!

Added a pack of frozen Greggs chicken bake slices to my order to spend enough for free delivery. Couldnt fit them in my freezer so put them in the oven thinking I'll have one for lunch, how bad can they be? I've never understood the allure of Greggs and hadn't sampled any product before, so, one for me and one for bin. How delicious was it? Completely. Ate one. Ate the other. Will never buy them again, they could become a serious addiction.

SauvingnonBlanketyBlanc · 28/11/2018 07:57

Cheese, raw onion and tomato sauce sandwiches.Taste like mcdonalds burgers without meat

mypoosmellsofroses · 28/11/2018 08:22

One for the waffle people, 2 waffles done in toaster, good dollop of tinned mushrooms on top, top with shit load of cheese, quick blast in microwave (can also add baked beans to this)

Can't beat a fish finger sandwich though, but the fish fingers have to be put on the bread the right way, a classic 3, 1 formation. 3 vertical with 1 across the top, anything else is just wrong!

Oysterbabe · 28/11/2018 08:30

Today is the day I usually eat something disgusting as DD is at nursery so it's only the baby to witness my shame and he can't talk yet. I'm going to have scrambled egg, brown sauce and beans on toast though. Fairly normal.

BackBoiler · 28/11/2018 08:32

cragfastsheep · 28/11/2018 09:41
