We live in flats with resident only parking paid for as part of our rent, signs are up clearly stating this.
We live near a school and the parents are a nightmare. The school was built after the houses before anyone says not to buy near a school.
We are often late for work as we can't get out of our spaces for parents blocking the car park entrance and when coming home from work we can't get in our own spaces including disabled residents.
School and Psco have been involved because of the abuse we face.
A particular parent from the local school is horrendous though. We have nicely spoken to him and explained that it is only residents car park and he says he didn't know and then parks there at night again, he parks up to people's front windows in their carpark space and refuses to move. His friend was blocked in by a resident and he threatened them that they better move.
His latest game is to pull up to windows park blasting his radio. He thinks it's funny.
Due to the set out of the carpark and the fact that one of the buildings is a local businesses which has two spaces for staff use only so we can't bollard it. We could put individual bollards in but that wouldn't stop the cheeky fucker parking in the business space as the business is currently empty so no one to enforce and blasting music. Many of us have babies and work nights so he is waking people up , he's stopped disabled residents from being able to park and he doesn't care.
