Just that really. Posting for traffic. She currently goes to bed about 8.30 I was just wondering when everyone else sends theirs?

8:30pm too, she gets up at 7am

Ineverdidmind · 25/11/2018 19:38

Exactly the same. Usually up the stairs at 8 ish, aim for lights out at 8.30.

longestlurkerever · 25/11/2018 19:39

About 8, but it's not clockwork

wendz86 · 25/11/2018 19:39

About 8pm but doesn't go to sleep till nearer 8.30-9.

CantSleepClownsWillEatMe · 25/11/2018 19:40

Bed at 8, can read until 830.

theWarOnPeace · 25/11/2018 19:40
  1. Late for a school night is 7:30 or on a Friday/Saturday or holiday can be 9 or later. They are picked up straight after school and brought home though, so if I picked them up from kids club at 6 I doubt we’d be able to get them to bed by 7-7:30 or it would be unfair on them and very rushed.
Booboostwo · 25/11/2018 20:10

8:30 to 9, up at 7:45 on school days.

Cuzcothellama · 25/11/2018 20:14

8ish. She's still downstairs with me at the moment playing word games. I'll probably give her another 15 minutes.

JurassicGirl · 25/11/2018 20:19

My 6.5 yr old goes to bed at 7pm & gets up at 7am.

Somewhereovertherainbow13 · 25/11/2018 20:19

8 on a school night but not set in stone, weekends tend to be until they are nearly asleep downstairs. Mine are all up about half 6 everyday though so feel the earlier than most bedtime is justified

Coffeeandcrisps · 25/11/2018 20:24

Ds is a few months off 7, he goes to bed for 7pm and is up for 7am. It can be later on weekend 8/9pm, but he still seems to need a full 12 hours and it just makes him weepy if it’s any later mid-week.

BuffyFan · 25/11/2018 20:25

Bath at 6:30, bed between 7 and 7:30. But then he's an early riser and rarely up later than 6:30 (and we leave the house at 7:30 most days)

notyourmummy · 25/11/2018 20:28

Bed with light off at 7pm, gets up between 7&7.30 in the morning.

TulipsInbloom1 · 25/11/2018 20:30

7 with 30 mins lamp on for reading. 8 on saturdays. She has only just turned seven.

wallyfeatures · 25/11/2018 20:30

7-7.30 gets up at 6.30

ARRRGGGGHHHHHHH · 25/11/2018 20:31

Around 7.30 shower and she can read until 8. She gets up about 6am.

Allyg1185 · 25/11/2018 20:33

Upstairs at 8pm lights out for 8.30pm. He sleeps till 7am

LadyMonicaBaddingham · 25/11/2018 20:36

When mine were 7 they went to bed at half seven. If they wanted to, then could read until quarter to eight. Any noise and it was lights out immediately...

Tistheseason17 · 25/11/2018 20:36

7.30 and she's up by 6.30/7am

TokyoSushi · 25/11/2018 20:37

8 ish both in the week and at the weekend, quite flexible around that though. He is an excellent sleeper, but a very early riser regardless of bedtime, usually 6 ish, however very happy to come downstairs, make cereal play Fortnite and doesn't bother anybody else until a reasonable time. He's a lovely boy so we're super lucky!

babysharkah · 25/11/2018 20:48

Asleep for 8 in the week, stretches to 830/845 Friday and Saturday.

babysharkah · 25/11/2018 20:49

Oh and they're up by 6 every day regardless of bedtime.

Thesearmsofmine · 25/11/2018 20:52

9pm, we home ed so he doesn’t need to be up early.

StellaWouldYouTakeMeHome · 25/11/2018 21:03

9pm

GeorgieTheGorgeousGoat · 25/11/2018 21:04
