You have my permission Grin.
A crappy day and I have undone the screw top ( my favourite).

WhiteDust · 23/11/2018 17:32

Friday night? Do you need to go anywhere? Are you planning on getting plastered before DC's bedtime ? (if you have DC)
If the answer is no to both... have a

Bouncebacker · 23/11/2018 17:33

You have waited 3 mins longer... that’s enough! 🍷

Justmuddlingalong · 23/11/2018 17:33

I got a bottle of rhubarb and ginger gin today. I will, if you will. Gin

userabcname · 23/11/2018 17:34

No, DH and I are enjoying a glass right now

RockyisMYRhino · 23/11/2018 17:34

The sun is definitely over the yardarm here! As soon as DS is in bed I'll be cracking open a bottle myself. Cheers!

BitchQueen90 · 23/11/2018 17:34

Never too early on a Friday!

sizzledrizz · 23/11/2018 17:35

Joining you. Had a shitty week. Broke up with the boyfriend. Made two complaints that didn't go well. Neighbours being CFs Not had a drink for 4 days. Need it today

SmiledWithTheRisingSun · 23/11/2018 17:35

Not planning on getting plastered! And I'm not waiting until they go to bed - Hmm
Not going out tonight just chilling out with the family.
Haven't drunk all week. It's been a very busy stressful one & I just fancy a glass of wine now. Just waiting for DH to get home so feels a bit early!

Nope, I'm an hour ahead of you Grin

DanglyBangly · 23/11/2018 17:35

Good god, no! Any time after 4pm is acceptable on a Friday.

SmiledWithTheRisingSun · 23/11/2018 17:36

If I had someone grown up here with me I wouldn't hesitate.

OP posts:
DanglyBangly · 23/11/2018 17:38

Actually, lunchtime onwards is acceptable on a Friday, I think.

Why do you need another grown up? It’s a glass of wine, you’re not doing shots.

Justmuddlingalong · 23/11/2018 17:38

DP's just left for a night shift, I'm on my own. Sod it!

RatRolyPoly · 23/11/2018 17:38

Pretty sure all bets are off on a Friday.

RatRolyPoly · 23/11/2018 17:39

Actually, lunchtime onwards is acceptable on a Friday, I think.

It's certainly acceptable round these parts!

GooodMythicalMorning · 23/11/2018 17:39

SmiledWithTheRisingSun · 23/11/2018 17:40

MissusGeneHunt · 23/11/2018 17:41

It's definitely wine o'clock.....😊😊

AppleKatie · 23/11/2018 17:44

Go for it. I just got mine out the fridge looked at it and put it back in favour of another cup of tea. But it won’t be long...

I know what you mean about waiting for another adult I feel odd about it before DH gets back from work. Although it doesn’t actually stop me... 😂

grumiosmum · 23/11/2018 17:45

I'm waiting until 6.01

SmiledWithTheRisingSun · 23/11/2018 17:46

Grumios I think that's a sensible decision!
