Wouldyoubeokwiththis · 13/11/2018 01:36

Ate 500 for 2 days a week (non consecutive). 3 days didn’t eat junk food (no crisps, chocolate, cakes etc) but has properly meals. 2 days I ate anything I wanted

halfwitpicker · 13/11/2018 01:42

3 stone each time, after both kids.
1st kid = 8 months.
2nd kid =2 years.

LCHF diet, with some good old fashioned sense thrown in too I. E. Probably around 1400 cals per day. Brutal but worth it. Was easier with DS as I exercised more, I was just too knackered with DD so it was slower to come off.

recklessruby · 13/11/2018 06:24

5 stone.
9 months.
Weight watchers and a lot of walking.

Sirzy · 13/11/2018 06:28

7 stone

Two years. Kept it off for two years too.

My fitness plan for the first 4, put one back on so joined slimming world where I lost the rest. Still go even though at target. Also run a lot

GreenMeerkat · 13/11/2018 06:29
  1. 3.5 stone
  2. Just over a year (9 months for first 3 stone, longer for the last stubborn half stone to shift)
  3. Lost the first 3 stone with slimming world then the last half stone by regular exercise at the gym (3/4 times a week 45 mins at least, mixture of cardio and resistance). Still following SW.

Am now 3 weeks pp and have the same anoint to lose again and will be doing it the exact same way, but starting the gym straight away rather than 9 months in. I'm

WatchingFromTheWings · 13/11/2018 06:36

Lost 5 stone in 5 years. 3 of that took 18 months with slimming world. 2 stone off before that (mix of Blood Sugar Diet and generally eating less crap). Stopped weighing myself (and quit SW) 10 months ago when I took up weight training as the scales were going up yet I dropped a dress size.

Mummadeeze · 13/11/2018 06:45

I have put on and lost a lot of weight over the years. Up to 6 stone on and then off again. Every time I lost the weight I did it using meal replacement drinks. But then gradually over time I would put the weight back on. 5 months ago I developed an allergy to dairy and eggs so I could no longer do the meal replacement plan which had milk in it. So now I am exercising a great deal more and eating healthily. The weight is coming off much slower this time but it is gradually coming off and I feel like this time it will be for good. The main thing I am doing differently is if I have a bad day or two and put on a couple of pounds I make sure I have a very good few days after that to balance it out. The old me would have thought sod it, I’ve broken my diet so I am going to binge now. Am also really making to effort to run and walk as much as I can. I will never be really thin or lose weight easily. I have to accept that but actually giving up dairy and eggs has naturally stopped me eating a lot of crap and has helped me in many ways.

EmUntitled · 13/11/2018 06:49

I have been doing slimming world for about 8 weeks and lost over a stone.

The trouble with comparing to other people is it depends on your starting weight. I think it is harder to lose a stone if you are 10 stone to begin with, compared to if you are 20.

Littlewhitedove · 13/11/2018 06:52
