3st, most of which I lost in just under a year, the last 8lbs took forever! (Well, an additional 6 months, so almost a year and a half in total) I used WW, which worked well for me and gave me a healthy eating template for life. I also used it to lose the 18lbs I'd packed on during pregnancy and again, worked well. The last few lbs are always a slog for me. I up my exercise a little but I'm so busy it's hard to get meaningful exercise, but I walk whenever I can and run/yoga if I get time. Good luck!
