Yes we all know what a joke the GRA is! Fact: a Female cannot have a Penis, only a Male can. A Female penis is a contradiction in itself! So Males who are identifying as women sometimes have a Penis, but a Penis is a MALE organ of reproduction and urination! A Female baby does not come out with a penis and testicles, they are boys!

I’ve raised this question with the “Transwomen are women” brigade before and never been given a straight answer:

Do you accept that if you buried a woman and a trans woman alongside each other and archeologists dug them up in a few hundred years, they would identify one as female and one as male?

If you accept this then you accept that biology cannot be changed and therefore Transwoman are not women, they are Transwomen.

I know Rufus, I can't actually see the bit where the GRC has stated that some women have a penis. Probably because they would be laughed out of the room, it is absurd. It it just as absurd as saying that some men have a vagina, no they don't that does not feature anywhere in Male anatomy, they are transmen, biological women identifying as Men.

Well the law is a joke, altered to fit a small minority, this type of thing just makes it less believable as fact is totally dismissed.

There are some men 'identifying' as women who have no intention of having their dick and balls removed, they want the best of both worlds. And I think part of their sexual fantasy is dressing up as women and getting off on their 'chick dick' or 'girls with balls' thing.

It is a joke that these people are by 'law' referred to as women, the law is an ass as they say. What an insult to women as a minority and vulnerable group, and just diminishes their worth and rights that they fought for. The Suffragettes would be turning in their graves at what is happening to women's rights now, and what the government are doing.

So if I understand correctly you are not disputing the intended sentiment that in law you can be a woman and have a penis. It is because the precise way I put it 'the law says....' that caused confusion. OK well that's cleared up. So in law you can be a woman and have a penis. And so in law some woman can rape.

It isn't anything to do with belief.

In my opinion it's ridiculously simple..Have penis = man. Vagina = woman. Applies to all humans current state whether born with penis or not.

Yes we know how true the law is when they can say that a woman has a penis, what a joke. It is quite obvious it is a transwoman aka intact biological male that has raped, and that will be reflected in the trial and in court. It will be obvious to court professionals (such as the judge) that standing there in the dock is not a biological woman, but a transwoman or otherwise male felon who has used his penis to rape a woman.

Hopefully he will be going to a male prison, but you never know now what with the Karen White incident.
