I agree @InspectorIkmen. I am (hopefully) getting through to my dh that the words “turned around” are so unnecessary.
He gets it from his Mum. It’s common in the town where I live, unfortunately...

I HATE when people say that

When people describe themselves as bubbly or “saying at like it is”, normally just means they’re obnoxious and rude.

At least I'm honest. (Just trying to excuse being rude)

I now interrupt them at that point and ask them to come back in 20 minutes unless it’s my Director. Very liberating

Urgh Ginger 1982, I know that when somebody starts a sentence with 'with respect' it means that they are then going to be massively rude, flatly contradict everything you have just said and probably throw in an insult or two as well. There is definitely no respect involved.
