I think you should start eating meat again now. Preferably kebabs, spam and any unhealthy crap you can get hold of.

  1. You need to build up a good layer of fat for the days after Brexit.
  2. After the first month, the move to human flesh is going to be a big adjustment. Easier if you had some practice with unappetising meat.
StarShapedWindow · 22/10/2018 19:14

Plant potatoes in the garden/ on the balcony?

MoteOfDustInASunbeam · 22/10/2018 19:16

I stockpile for winter every year as we live quite remotely and can get snowed in anytime November to late March. Even if not properly snowed in we can struggle to get much variety of fresh stuff in local shops if it’s the day before their delivery etc.

Then we eat down the stockpile in late March/April. Might just delay the eating down a few weeks this time to see what transpires.

Lethaldrizzle · 22/10/2018 19:16

Grips

LellyMcKelly · 22/10/2018 19:21

Lentils. I love lentils. I’m actually looking forward to Brexit so I can get more lentils into my diet. Parp.
Innovative jams
Blue passports
Anything I can pick myself, now all the farmers have gone into meltdown about not being able to get pickers.
Ahh, well. Brexit is shite, and pointless, but at least something something benefits, sunlit uplands, money for the NHS, sovereignty and freedom from unelected officials (if you don’t count the queen and the House of Lords). etc. etc. God I’m so bored of Brexit. Can nobody make it stop?

Chagrain · 22/10/2018 19:31
