Too embarrassed for hairdresser

My hair desperate needs cutting but im too embarrased to go to the hair dresser.

Can anyone give tips for cutting myself?

LEM I am sorry you feel like that, I really am. Please try to force yourself to go, you will feel better for it. Even trim the ends throw a colour in it and promise yourself next time you will go. Ignore negative thoughts putting you off, practice changing the voices in your head.

I find mobile hairdressers are very good, lots have a single salon set up in their home, you get the treat without the packed salon.
