To think this racist should have been kicked off this RyanAir flight?

I’m not going to repeat the language this passenger used here, but basically he refused to sit next to a black passenger resulting in her being moved and staff asking the man if he was OK once she was moved.

RyanAir have released a terse statement saying it’s been referred to Essex Police

He IS a racist. If he uses these words and phrases in regular speech they will also slip out in anger.

How is "don't talk to me in your foreign language?" under expletives where appropriate NOT racist?

NotACleverName · 27/10/2018 14:14

He called her an "ugly black bitch" and also said "don't talk to me in your foreign language." How the hell is that not racist, Awwlookatmybabyspider?

Honestly, the people falling over themselves to make excuses for this racist piece of shit are ridiculous.

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 27/10/2018 14:20

please read my post properly before wading in scattering accusations around.
I was quoting what David Mesher said.

BlueBug45 · 27/10/2018 14:29

@Awwlookatmybabyspider - a bit of punctuation would have helped your post as without your explanation it is confusing.

And yes mentioning the skin colour of a person and telling them not to speak in a foreign language is racist.

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 27/10/2018 15:04

How do you know I don't have dyslexia. Little miss jump on the band wagon. Not once have I said anything bad about this Lady and nor did i say he wasn't racist, and If I did. I want quotes dates and times please.
I'm not apologising for something I did not say or imply, end of story.

@Awwlookatmybabyspider don't worry,I got it - I did actually start typing out a response this morning basically saying "OMG, totally contradicted yourself there, that' the definition of racist abuse, do you even know what being racist IS?"
Then re-read, realised I obviously needed more caffeine and engaging my brain and deleted it sheepishly before posting lol Grin
It was confusing post to be fair, looks like it was you saying it to start with. Anyhoo. As you were lol

Topseyt · 27/10/2018 15:05

Calling her an ugly black bitch surely cannot be interpreted as anything other than racist!!

Unfinishedkitchen · 27/10/2018 15:30

I feel desperately sorry for Delsie and any others who’ve been a victim of this man. He’s a vile racist and a misogynist. Men of that age don’t suddenly start screaming at women who don’t immediately do as they’re told and they don’t suddenly call women ‘bitches’ out of the blue either.

Something tells me there are a few other women who probably have some awful stories to tell about this awful man. He went crazy when someone he saw as inferior had the audacity to not jump on command. What a disgusting man and shame on Ryanair.

BlueBug45 · 27/10/2018 15:59

@Awwlookatmybabyspider funny how on this forum everyone claims a SEN.

Anyway if you don't want your posts misread then re-read them before posting them. I normally do plus in real life get important documents checked by people I trust.

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 27/10/2018 16:27

I didn't say I had SEN. You read it wrong. That's your look out.
Anyway I'm hiding this thread now as there is no getting through to some people. I have tried explaining and you have chosen not to listen, again your look out. There for you can write what you like about me. Thump away on your key board If it makes you feel empowered. I just can't be arsed with it all

Shitlandpony · 27/10/2018 16:48

BlueBug45 she didn’t though? But rich of you then to be so sanctimonious about reading things through properly.

SoupDragon · 27/10/2018 17:54

If you're going to quote someone it's usually a good idea to make it actually look like a quote otherwise it just looks like your words.

Shitlandpony · 27/10/2018 17:56

What a horribly loaded comment.

I think hiding this thread is a good idea too.

deadgirlinbed4 · 28/10/2018 01:07

BlueBug45 funny how everyone on this forum claims a SEN do they really?

I think casting doubt on someone's SEN could be classed as disabilism. It perpetuates a myth that people routinely fake disabilities, which they don't.
