It's. So. Good.

There's a whacking great bar of creamy milk Choceur chocolate for about £1.40. Melt in the mouth and reminds me of what chocolate used to be like.

Any other fans?

It's lovely Smile

ProudThrilledHappy · 17/10/2018 17:06

Oh yes. They have an orange and almond Moser Roth pack sometimes that is just divine

footballmum · 17/10/2018 17:06

Have you tried the salted pretzel bar? OMG it is the work of the gods 😍

ProfessorMoody · 17/10/2018 17:06

The one with whole hazelnuts is fantastic.

EmUntitled · 17/10/2018 17:08

Agreed. Particularly the Moser Roth stuff. The only thing I don't like if they often come as a pack of 5 small bars masquerading as a large bar, so then I feel guilty eating 2 bars of chocolate Grin

ciderhouserules · 17/10/2018 17:10

The Moser Roth 85% is fantastic! As good as Lindt. And I lilke the 5 little bars- I take one to work every day and don't need to wrap up a couple of squares.

All their chocs are fab.

ChateauneufDuTwat · 17/10/2018 17:10

Agree! Their Moser Roth dark chocolate with sea salt is amazing. The Orange and almond is a close second.

And no manky palm oil. Proper chocolate.

Gemini69 · 17/10/2018 17:14

I LOVE Aldi chocolate.. it's wonderful Flowers

ShadyLady53 · 17/10/2018 17:41

There’s something even better that I’ve recently discovered...

Twin Peaks from Poundland.

Their version of the big chunky Toblerone, in milk and white chocolate varieties - bloody amazing.

ALemonyPea · 17/10/2018 17:42

My favourite chocolate is Aldi dark with whole nuts. I even get bars off people for my birthday/Christmas.

Cakecrumbsinmybra · 17/10/2018 17:46

Tried the pretzel one at the weekend - so good.

CatLadyToddlerMother · 17/10/2018 17:47

Yes I like the Moser Roth Madagascan Vanilla Chocolate

minisoksmakehardwork · 17/10/2018 17:47

I've been converted too. No yacky taste or feeling to it like other big brands.

Rednaxela · 17/10/2018 17:48

Even the 30p stuff is good!

ZenNudist · 17/10/2018 17:52

Came on to sing the praises of Moser Roth dark chocolate with sea saltbut it seems that @Chateauneufdetwat (great name) beat me to it.

Going to try the pretzel one when I can find it off the back of this thread.

HenryInTheTunnel · 17/10/2018 17:53

The Aldi Titan bars are as nice as mars bars as well

LARLARLAND · 17/10/2018 17:54

We enjoyed a box of fake Lindt truffles from Aldi last weekend and they went down a treat.

LaurieMarlow · 17/10/2018 17:59

Agreed. In Ireland they also have a gorgeous brand called Roisin's.

Returnofthesmileybar · 17/10/2018 18:03

I was just coming on to say Roisin's too, the orange chocolate bar and the caramel bar are the nicest chocolate out there at the moment

RedLife · 17/10/2018 18:08

I ate a Freddo the other day and straight after an Aldi milk chocolate bar (one of the 5 packs) and the difference! Omg Aldi wins hands down and their fruit and nut massive bars are amazing!

Stonebake · 17/10/2018 18:10

We’re getting an Aldi in my town soon and I’m SO excited! I have no life it would seem.

LadyMargaretBeaufort · 17/10/2018 18:10

Agreed. Have you also tried their chocolate pots from the chiller section? Gorgeous!

cheeseslovesme · 17/10/2018 18:10

Yes Aldi chocolate is lovely. We all prefer it in our house, and buy loads Blush

MrsExpo · 17/10/2018 18:16
