To think Megan is expecting?

I know it’s none of my business, but does anyone else think Megan Markle is pregnant? And why isn’t the UK media speculating?? They usually speculate about this stuff. The US media has written some comments about her choice of clothing, which looks to cover a bump. I assume, they want to keep it private. I love news about a royal baby 😀 and does anyone think Kate will have one more?

She and Harry have arrived at Sydney for a 76 engagement tour

They will be in Sydney a lot because of Invictus Games. The rest of the tour will be moulded around the week that's on.

DiamondMine · 14/10/2018 21:44

Yes, why is everyone assuming that they’ll have children?! Especially the comment a couple of pages back ‘She’s in her 30’s and married, of course she’s pregnant’ WTF?!

This is what I hate about society and the massive pressure that is put on married women to reproduce. It is possible for women to marry with no intention of having children you know?!

Cerseirys · 14/10/2018 21:48

Quite @DiamondMine. If they don't want to have kids then they don't have to. There's already an heir and his heir has an heir and 2 spares! Harry does seem to enjoy engaging with children at his engagements but that's neither here nor there. I know plenty of devoted aunts and uncles who are happy being childfree themselves.

Gingerrogered · 14/10/2018 21:56

They have both publicly discussed wanting children very much that’s why!

Banamara · 14/10/2018 22:07

They are in the public eye and always will be.

So speculation about their reproductive ability will always be up there now.

What a life. I'm so happy I am just an ordinary person with no one looking at my every move. But they signed up for it didn't they?

Mrsmadevans · 14/10/2018 22:10

I have just seen her nose on the DM site , it is defo bigger than before , she has a swollen little tip to it Wink

Caprisunorange · 14/10/2018 22:17

I don’t think the tour would be changed if she were pregnant, I think they’d just get on with it and take precautions against zika. Royal tours are planned years ahead, they obviously realise she could eh pregnant at any time, she can’t plan a pregnancy against future royal tours.

Caprisunorange · 14/10/2018 22:18

Well diamond they said they wanted children in their engagement interview

PawneeParksDept · 14/10/2018 22:18

The Daily Mail has described her as "glowing"

A hint?

Banamara · 14/10/2018 22:20

I'm glowing a lot too, but it is perimenopause lol.

GreyPJs · 14/10/2018 22:21

When she was married to her second husband there was talk that she did an interview where she said they would need IVF as she’d been told she would have difficulties conceiving. Obviously all trace has now been removed from the internet though!

Mrsmadevans · 14/10/2018 22:27

Banamara are you sure it is your perimenopause?
Just saying Wink

PortiaCastis · 14/10/2018 22:28

Lot of useless claptrap and lies on the internet

Mrsmadevans · 14/10/2018 22:29

'When she was married to her second husband'
GreyPJs how many times has she been married m'dear?
Is there another one lurking about ?
Nothing would surprise me about her Shock

Banamara · 14/10/2018 22:30

Grey,

Think you might mean her First Husband! He remarried recently too. Best of luck to them all.

Bet the males of the marriage are never asked about their fertility. Oh no that would never do at all! Imagine introducing the male input into all this talk about IVF.

With due respect to those going through it in the real world of course, just saying WRT to this thread.

Yes maybe they HAVE expressed wanting children. I’m talking more generally here as some of the replies to this thread are very much ASSUMING that people who are married and, shock horror in their 30’s must want children.

A few of my friends at the moment are constantly being grilled about ‘when they’ll get pregnant’ because they’re in the early 30’s and newly married. Two of these people never even want kids and I suspect jt’ll become really tedious over the next few years. I have friends that exclaim how ‘so and so have been married nearly 2 years now haven’t they? She’ll definitely be pregnant soon then, or maybe they’re struggling to conceive.’ I have to sit and bite my tounge to stop myself retorting, ‘or maybe they just don’t ever plan on having kids?’

AlphaBravo · 14/10/2018 22:34

I thought that as soon as I saw her, her face looked more 'glowing' and full at the wedding and the way her coat was unbuttoned when sat down was a give away.

PortiaCastis · 14/10/2018 22:35

Second husband my aunt fanny, who invents this Tumblr rubbish

Banamara · 14/10/2018 22:39

@Mrsmadevans

I'm as sure as I can be lol.

Butterymuffin · 14/10/2018 22:39

Lot of useless claptrap and lies on the internet

Ain't that the truth! Grin

SillySallySingsSongs · 14/10/2018 22:40

Royal tours are planned years ahead, they obviously realise she could eh pregnant at any time, she can’t plan a pregnancy against future royal tours.

The location for Invictus Games, which is the reason for the tour was arranged, was only announced in October. So this us a fairly quickly arranged tour.

There is no way however that Harry would have pulled out.

Caprisunorange · 14/10/2018 22:40

Well yes but I think this thread is coming from a place of knowing they want children because they told the world

GreyPJs · 14/10/2018 22:46

No, Harry is husband number three.

GreyPJs · 14/10/2018 22:46

First one was annulled.
