I'll start.

AIBU to be pissed off with my recluse sister?

My sister is an introvert to the point where she won't even speak to me anymore. We live together but I literally don't see her from one day to the next and TBH I'd like a bit of company. Also it's bloody cold in our house, especially walking past DSis room, anyone got any recommendations for portable heaters? Preferably from John Lewis.

Thigh Jane Eyre?

CaptainCabinets · 10/10/2018 15:00

I’ve just moved to a new house, my neighbour is really annoying and my family don’t seem to care about me at all.

WIBU to go exploring and end up joining a family that looks just like mine but actually seem to care about me? They all make up songs and have a weird thing about buttons.

CaptainCabinets · 10/10/2018 15:04

My friend, who I’ve known since she was a kid, has been having some relationship issues. WIBU to turn up out of the blue and create merry hell to cheer her up? Thinking along the lines of ruining dinner dates, sinking boats, that sort of thing.

WingMirrorSpider · 10/10/2018 15:04

I’m in love with a man. Unfortunately he’s in love with someone else (she’s v. Boring, although most people think he’s as dull as ditchwater too).

Would IBU to marry a random bloke out of spite to make him jealous? I should say there’s another bloke on the scene who’s mysterious, charming, handsome and fancies the bloomers off me but for some unknown reason my heart is set on Mr. Dull. They’re all about to go off to war anyway so it may all be moot. WWYD?

CaptainCabinets · 10/10/2018 15:04

Getting overexcited about all this now Grin

I need advice on what to do regarding one of my service users. I can't tell you about my exact role but let's say it's an end of life facility. I've had a very severe and debilitating UTI recently, I can barely walk and certainly can't piss straight. I was passing one of my service users recently when he grabbed my genitals and held on to them. I was very frightened as he is exceptionally tall and well built, poor chap has a very limited intellect and vocabulary. Anyway, back to the balls - after he squeezed them I did the biggest and most satisfying piss of my life, oh the relief! I then went home and had a lot of sex with my wife which she was very pleased about. She was so chuffed that she baked my service user some cornbread as a thank you. This has put me in an odd position, do I report him for grabbing my balls or reward him by giving him my wife's cornbread?

My family has always been in to dance. My mum and dad danced together before I was born. Since I was a kid I have been dancing and been pretty good as well. However, I get bored of dancing the same steps as everyone else. I have this big competition coming up.

Everyone keeps saying I am ruining my career if I dance my own steps except this girl. We have been practising for the competition.

Aibu to dance my own steps.

darkriver198868 · 10/10/2018 15:25

@Thehighofrelief Green Mile (my absolute favourite film of all time.)

thighofrelief · 10/10/2018 15:26

darkriver198868 · 10/10/2018 15:30

thighofreflief my second favorite film lol

thighofrelief · 10/10/2018 15:41

Here's my favourite film, it's fallen very out of favour and never made a big splash anyway.

I'm undercover in the FBI and have been working as a "combine girl" ie working a combine harvester in vast wheat fields. I'm in a rural midwest community and have fallen for one of the farmers. He's a widower, very handsome and a great Dad. He's very peripherally under suspicion for some domestic terrorism but I think the FBI are way off base with him.

I went to a 4th July town picnic with him and met loads of his friends. They are very non PC (not that the phrase will exist for at least another 20 years) but I dismiss this because the community is very rural and they are still quite upset about the outcome of the war in Vietnam.

Anyway, my farmer boyfriend has just taken me on a camping trip to Montana with all his friends. I'm beyond horrified, they are all wearing Ku Klux Klan outfits and talking about assassinations and all sorts of nonsense.

His mother's really lovely and makes a great white cake (a type of sponge cake). She's worried as she doesn't want her son's heart broken again especially as his first wife died in mysterious circumstances.

He really is lovely and so handsome despite going on odd hunting missions and having some peculiar ideas.

CaptainCabinets · 10/10/2018 15:45

thigh - Betrayed!

thighofrelief · 10/10/2018 15:46

Captain - the borrowers?

CaptainCabinets · 10/10/2018 15:47

Nope! Another clue: there are jumping mice.

thighofrelief · 10/10/2018 15:47

Captain - no way!!!! I love you, did you google it??

CaptainCabinets · 10/10/2018 15:48

Hahaha I just remember watching it and making a mental note to never watch it ever again GrinGrinGrin

thighofrelief · 10/10/2018 15:48

Coraline!! I kept thinking it was that.

thighofrelief · 10/10/2018 15:50

Captain - I know it's terrible shite, I just love Tom Berenger with his shirt off. He was only handsome for about 2 years and this was one of them.

thighofrelief · 10/10/2018 15:53

Captain - Hook

CaptainCabinets · 10/10/2018 15:56

Yes to Coraline!

You’ll kick yourself when you get the second one.
