To go to an interview knowing I am pregnant

Applied for a job on Monday, discovered I was pregnant on Wednesday. Today I was offered an interview. What do I do? Go to the interview and tell them straightaway? Wait till they offer me a job then tell them?! Help!! This job is so perfect for me, I can't believe how bad the timing is.

Got to admit that I'd be frustrated if I was a small business owner and somebody did this to me.

Even if they're not allowed to discriminate, they do in real life and it's situations like this which make employers wary of employing women of a certain age.

I've posted about this before, but as trustee of a charity which was close to bankrupt, we hired someone who was pregnant at interview. She told us shortly after she started and was an utter asset to the team until the point she left for maternity leave and we are looking forward to having her back. It was a bit of a pain to sort out cover, but no worse than if one of our other members of staff had left or been off long-term sick and because she was already pregnant, we didn't even have to do any admin for her SMP as she claimed MA.

If a business, even a small one, can't cope with having someone on maternity leave it says a lot about their long-term prospects and sustainability.
