Which week is your half term?

Just curious really as ours is a week later than usual this year (not that it matters).
We're in Staffordshire and it's the week beginning Monday 29th October.
I know it varies depending on where in the country you are.

same as you, this term is 8 weeks long and I am so tired already! (I work in a preschool and am 7 months pg)

19th October to 29th October (2 weeks and 2 days for us - Cambridgeshire)

Ours is that week as well, but ours have the Friday before as an inset day too.

School doesn't finish for Christmas until the Friday before either and I have a boring week in January after the new year to fill!

Hants - The week before you, ie the week before Halloween.

Same as you OP seems quite late but we don't finish for Christmas until 21 December so that's late too

I'm in Scotland, our schools get two weeks and our school holidays start tomorrow.

Christmas is a funny one this year as well, break up on the 21st and not back till the 8th Jan, quite late.

Big good isn’t it? They’ve done this for a few years now, adding all the inset days together as a whole week. Lots of people use it to go away a bit cheaper than the summer holidays. Though due to GCSE mocks not going away this year, just revising!

London borough set is starting the 22nd. But lots of secondary schools are now having two weeks, so off until November 2nd and if they are in a trust with primaries they changed the primary ones as well.

Ours is the week before. We are going to Staffordshire for a few days though so it's interesting to hear you are all still at school. Maybe the monkey forest will be quiet.
