Obviously don’t know the full facts, but the photos
Show the police being pretty heavy handed.

They look Muslim, so presume don’t drink alcohol, they have regularly buy the water from other branches of Tesco.
This behaviour by the police looks like the sort of treatment meted out by racist officers towards African Americans in the US.

I am disgusted by the thuggish behaviour of the police and I hope Mr. Hussain succeeds in his complaint to the PCC.

@Allergictoironing I was being sarcastic . I earn too little to pay tax anyways. 🙈

Allergictoironing · 29/09/2018 21:47

RebelRogue you wren't the only one referring to tax payers money in the thread, just the latest in a line. Sorry I missed your smiley, I know a poor CEO who gets this every day (people expecting to be let off parking tickets because "I pay your wages")

VanGoghsDog · 29/09/2018 21:50

@2muchtrouble

I WANT MY TAXES TO BE SPENT ON CATCHING CRIMINALS AND KEEPING ME,MY CHILDREN AND MY NEIGHBORS AND THEIR CHILDREN SAFE

Tesco staff and police officers are also someone's children, parents and neighbours, so why don't they count too? You don't even know that the check out person who was on that till isn't one of your neighbours, do you? :)

RebelRogue · 29/09/2018 21:58

@Allergictoironing it's ok I get it , and I work in a school so people "pay my wages" too.

Buster72 · 29/09/2018 21:58

It was peter Jee (not gee) a police officer sent to prison for sexual assault.
He was arrested, by the police charged by the police.
And sacked, by the police.

Charlie97 · 29/09/2018 22:05

@Buster72 thank you for clarifying and for stating the obvious, it needs to be stated for some posters!

@2muchtrouble see above it's Jee not Gee, don't waste your time applying to the force you'd not probably not even be able to put a stamp on the envelope to get the application there.

Nicknacky · 29/09/2018 22:08

The myth that the police “look after their own” is so far removed from the truth. PSD rightly take no prisoners and if they want you out, they will find out you ate from a Woolworths pick’n’mix 20 years ago before paying and use that to show bad character.

Walkingdeadfangirl · 29/09/2018 23:14

I think if they are found guilty they should have to pay for all the costs involved in dealing with them. That should include all the court costs as well as the polices wages and expenses.

NicoAndTheNiners · 29/09/2018 23:22

Well I think it’s right that the sort of person who throws a bottle of water at someone (if that’s what he did) is charged. I wouldn’t want to live in a society where the police did nothing about such an incident.

No evidence at all of anyone throwing water, you are just desperate to believe the police have done the right thing
You can see them clearing it up in the background, and there were also witnesses who said it happened.

They are cleaning up something in the background. Its red could be blood

crazycatgal · 30/09/2018 10:20

@2muchtrouble The man who was arrested was the one who called the police over so blame him for wasting police time.

I sued the police

And here we have it.
Hatever happend in your case doesn't matter. It proves a bias in you against the police and a tendancy to judge all officers negatively.

One cop did bad.. therefore all cops are bad..

You also fail to grasp the different divisions making up the police force..
You expect a uniformed officer in hi lunch break to think,
"Actually, instead of getting some food, I should run off an investigate a drug den... I know there's a whole division that deal with drug related issues, but screw them"

You're deluded, clueless and sanctimonious to boot... You should be a politician.

tillytop · 30/09/2018 10:33

The man who was arrested was the one who called the police over so blame him for wasting police time. So who do we blame for the officer taking a swipe at a civilian?

Puzzledandpissedoff · 30/09/2018 10:33

Interesting claim about "suing the police", 2muchtrouble ... the only cases which seem to involve this amount were brought by a robber and a terrorist

Are you either of those, by any chance? Because if so it might well explain your overall attitude towards the police

Alternatively, of course, your claim might be a lot of nonsense - like so much else you've written
