Looked at the nutritional value - 54g of sugar

I shouldn't have looked.

I feel sick and yet it was almost worth it....

I know I'm going to feel like crap tomo - anybody else do this - or just me....?

“On holiday”

Unfinishedkitchen · 19/09/2018 18:02

Size six, equivalent of three bars of chocolate in one sitting....This doesn’t sound like someone with a healthy relationship with food. Sorry.

OrdinaryGirl · 19/09/2018 18:22

Cut yourself some freaking slack, OP! 😆

LOVE chocolate. I drink about 10 mugs of cocoa each day, but just cocoa and hot water, no added sugar..

What brand?

usually Green and Black www.waitrose.com/ecom/products/green-blacks-organic-cocoa/065794-33340-33341?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIlNPi58rH3QIVRLHtCh27cw5EEAQYASABEgKVsvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds&dclid=CMOUxunKx90CFewD0wod58gAGg

or otherwise Bourneville because the smaller shops sell that in the evening when I discover I've run out.

19lottie82 · 19/09/2018 18:25

I eat one of those every Friday night (2 more sleeps!)

SplatRat · 19/09/2018 18:36

It's only 125g! Not sure why you would feel unwell tomorrow because of it. Lots of you sound like my exercise obsessed neighbour. She exercises for a minimum of two hours a day but will then come over and complain that she's just binged on four Quality Street and feels so fat.

ChateauRouge · 19/09/2018 18:37

Bournville cocoa is 2g per 100 sugar, so pretty low.... Does it not taste Envy made with water?

Loyaultemelie · 19/09/2018 19:10

Longsummerdays I have one of those hidden away from the rest of the family for when I finally manage to get a long hot soak on my own

LongSummerDays · 19/09/2018 19:20

Grin mine's hidden behind the flour bags.

PickAChew · 19/09/2018 19:28

If it helps, I'm far from a size 6 and would feel ill after that much chocolate. Plain chocolate often gives me the shits, almost immediately.

FrontRowSeat · 19/09/2018 19:31

So glad I’ve found this thread. I love my chocolate especially buttons, twirls, galaxy, but the other day someone bought me a massive bar of Milka and after a few tiny squares I had a massive headache!!! Tried again the next day (just to be sure) and same thing happened! Huge headache.

What’s all that about? What are they putting in Milka that isn’t in Cadbury’s and Galaxy?

CSIblonde · 19/09/2018 19:31

Don't worry. I ate 2 boxes of French Fancies not long ago: a) because they were marked down, £1each & i cant resist bargains and b) just to see if I could. They were 1800 calories per box! (gone cold turkey on cake now & lost a stone). I do still regularly dream about cake tho....

MongerTruffle · 19/09/2018 19:32

One time a few years ago I went to Cadbury World and I bought one of those 1kg chocolate bars. I ate the whole thing in one day.

Lostandfound81 · 19/09/2018 19:34

Last two post honestly made my jaw drop.

How did you physically feel after that?

MongerTruffle · 19/09/2018 19:37

How did you physically feel after that?

Better than I do when I eat healthily. Grin
I'd do it again, buy my weight would probably skyrocket.

ChishandFips33 · 19/09/2018 19:54

A tin of fruit cocktail is something like 50g sugar...I'd rather have the chocolate Grin

BusySittingDown · 19/09/2018 20:00

Op, I’m the same size as you.

I eat really healthily most of the time but every so often (well most weekends tbh) I’ll have a massive cheat day where I’ll eat my body weight in crap. I could plough through 125g of chocolate with ease and it not even touch the sides. As long as it’s not everyday it’s fine!

longwayoff · 19/09/2018 20:01

125g? Amateur!

OuchLegoHurts · 19/09/2018 21:11

You're a size 6 and flabby?

Yeah right. You've got an eating disorder.

jaychops · 19/09/2018 21:39

@campion I'm 30 weeks pregnant and those baguette/chocolate combination things are at this moment in time the best thing I've ever seen in my whole life. I NEED some this instant. Help me please. I am so not going to sleep tonight now...

ShoppingOnesSelfFit · 19/09/2018 22:23

I'm surprised at the eating disorder comments as this thread is lighthearted.

Eating disorders are extremely serious and I don't think this is the thread to diagnose or make such suggestions.

I am a size 6 - I am also flabby. This does occur - you can be small but untoned and wobbly.

I also love chocolate but try not to gorge as too much sugar makes me feel ill.

I do love chocolate peanuts but cannot stand chocolate raisins.....which is a shame as it could be one of my 5 a day.....

I’m more concerned about @Oysterbabe DH!

Helpimfalling · 19/09/2018 22:46

@LongSummerDays where is this from I need this In my life!!

You bad influence you

Sakura7 · 19/09/2018 22:53

I had a size 6 friend who claimed she was flabby and she was anything but. She would pinch at the skin on her stomach to 'prove she was fat' but there was barely anything there, she was a rake

FlapAttack23 · 19/09/2018 23:10

Snack size i say
