As an aside, Redford played Dan Rather in Truth which I only watched because of Redford but I would recommend. The film also helps explain why journalists are so obsessed with verifying source documents (Maddow, WaPo on the Ray Moore affair)

I assumed there would be a declaration as there is on official documents. The answers may be crafted by the lawyers but they have to be Trump's view because he's too pig headed to accept anything else, and the lawyers would lose their license if they peddled something they know to be false.
